Patch Notes 11.12
Base magic resist and AD growth increased. Severum’s maximum number of attacks decreased; on-hit damage increased; healing from basic attacks decreased; healing from abilities increased. Crescendum’s mini Chakram damage decreased; sentry damage increased.

SENTRY DAMAGE 25-85 (+35-50% bonus AD) ⇒ 31-100 (+40-60% bonus AD)
Even though he was released almost 2 years ago, the majority of the players are still not familiar with what Aphelios does. That gives him a huge advantage over the other champions. Getting just a small buff would shoot him to the top of our adc tier list. With this change Riot is taking away some sustain off Severum and giving it more damage. Also, chakram’s will do less damage now but the sentry will punish players that get into its range.
Q bonus damage increased.
Q - SPINNING AXE
BONUS DAMAGE 35/40/45/50/55 (+65/75/85/95/105% bonus AD) ⇒ 40/45/50/55/60 (+70/80/90/100/110% bonus AD)
Draven is one of the champions with a high-skill cap. The majority of the players who play him are OTP’s so buffs and nerfs don’t influence them too much. But, now is the right time to pick him up. The strongest champions in the role got nerfed and he was decent even before that.
Base attack damage decreased.
ATTACK DAMAGE 59 ⇒ 57
Until Stridebreaker gets nerfed Gnar will keep being one of the strongest top laners. Two AD nerf is not enough to get him out of his comfort zone.
Base armor increased. Q damage ratio increased.
ARMOR 32 ⇒ 35
Q - RAMPAGE
DAMAGE RATIO 75% bonus AD ⇒ 85% bonus AD
Having more damage and armor will let Hecarim clear the jungle easier. On top of that he’ll be stronger in early game skirmishes. Still, he’s not as strong as he used to be, but he’s not unplayable either.
Base mana growth increased.
MANA GROWTH 40 ⇒ 50
If bruisers and fighters get nerfed to the ground, we’ll see Illaoi more often. She is at her strongest versus tanks.
W cooldown decreased.
W - GOLDEN AEGIS
COOLDOWN 12 seconds ⇒ 9 seconds
Considering that Jarvan usually doesn’t level up his W until the end, this is overall a good buff for him. It will give him more skirmish potential and slightly help his early game clear.
Q cooldown increased early.
Q - ICATHIAN RAIN
COOLDOWN 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds ⇒ 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Kai’Sa was dominating ADC class for a while. It won’t affect her too much past level 4 onwards, but you can expect her to have less pressure for early scuttle.
W on-hit damage increased.
W - THUNDERCLAP
ON-HIT DAMAGE 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% armor) ⇒ 15/25/35/45/55 (+15% armor)
Tanks have been getting buffs for few patches now. Malphite was always reliable and decent. Having more damage in his kit will make it easier for him to kill squishy targets.
W base bonus armor increased. R cooldown decreased.
W - DEFENSIVE BALL CURL
BASE BONUS ARMOR 30 ⇒ 40
R - SOARING SLAM
COOLDOWN 130/110/90 seconds ⇒ 110/95/80 seconds
After a reword Rammus received we were expecting him to make a bigger impact overall. Having his R more often will give him more ganking opportunities.
Passive life steal decreased.
PASSIVE - SOUL EATER
LIFE STEAL 12/18/24% (level 1/7/13) ⇒ 10/16/22% (level 1/7/13)
Nerf for lower MMR’s. Reduced life steal will make his lane sustain much weaker and disrupt his Q stacking.
Q non-champion healing reduced.
Q - CULL THE MEEK
NON-CHAMPION HEALING 3/4/5/6/7 (+4% bonus AD) ⇒ 2/3/4/5/6 (+3% bonus AD)
EMPOWERED NON-CHAMPION HEALING 9/12/15/18/21 (+12% bonus AD) ⇒ 6/9/12/15/18 (+9% bonus AD)
With tanks getting stronger and Renekton receiving nerfs we might see him get played less and less. He is reliant on healing and will lose some of his lane dominance.
W initial damage decreased; and return damage increased.
W - RAKE
INITIAL DAMAGE 45/60/75/90/105 (+55% bonus AD) ⇒ 40/50/60/70/80 (+40% bonus AD)
RETURN DAMAGE 45/70/95/120/145 (+70% bonus AD) ⇒ 50/80/110/140/170 (+80% bonus AD)
The first part of Talon’s W now deals less damage, while the second one deals more. Now it’s more important than ever to dodge it since getting hit by it on return will result in Talon getting an easy kill.
R cone damage decreased.
R - PHOENIX STANCE
CONE DAMAGE 60/110/160/210/260/310 (70% AP) ⇒ 50/95/140/185/230/275 (80% AP)
They’re hitting Udyr where he’s the strongest, his jungle clear. The whole purpose of the champion is to out farm the enemy and get an early lead. If he’s not able to do that he’ll drop off completely.
W maximum bonus damage decreased.
W - BLIGHTED QUIVER
MAXIMUM BONUS DAMAGE FROM TARGET'S MISSING HEALTH 10.8/14.4/18/21.6/25.2% ⇒ 9/12/15/18/21%
Substantial nerf to one of the strongest AD carries at the moment. He’s still going to be strong but not as overpowered as before.
Base damage growth decreased. Q damage ratio decreased.
ATTACK DAMAGE GROWTH 4 ⇒ 3.5
Q - CRUSHING BLOW
DAMAGE RATIO 50% bonus AD ⇒ 45% bonus AD
Wukong was already struggling in the current meta and this change doesn't help him whatsoever.
Q base damage increased later. R missile speed increased.
Q - BOUNCING BOMB
BASE DAMAGE 85/130/175/220/265 ⇒ 85/135/185/235/285
R - MEGA INFERNO BOMB
MISSILE SPEED 1550 ⇒ 2250 (minimum 1.2 seconds travel time)
Just as the other Mages, Ziggs is having a bad season. We might see him more often in the bottom lane with this change in the pro play. When it comes to SoloQ, he’ll continue underperforming.
Recolored Traditional Karma's ability VFX
Battlecast Skarner's VO when he purchases Frostfire Gauntlet has been restored
Fixed Warden's Mail and Randuin's Omen's tooltips to properly count blocked damage from their Rock Solid passives
Black Cleaver now properly appears in the Movement tab of the in-game shop
Gragas' W - Drunken Rage now properly triggers Manaflow Band and Tear of the Goddess
Poppy's W - Steadfast Presence now properly works against Stridebreaker's Halting Slash passive
Trundle's Passive - King's Tribute no longer triggers if he's near Baron Nashor a few seconds after it spawns
Dead allies can no longer stack Demolish with the player against the same turret
