Ban due to the botting activities:
As far as the account level-up is concerned, we distinguish two methods:
- Traditional method, where the user plays the games to achieve a certain result (called hand-levelled method). Hand-levelled accounts are often perceived as safer in terms of bans, yet most likely you will have to pay more money to find the desired account.
- Botted method, where the account is botted by a third-party software. In comparison to hand-levelled accounts, we can define them as accounts with mediocre or relatively low prices, nonetheless with a higher risk of being banned.
- Account lock (by the game provider):
Based on our experience, an account may be subject to a lock
when the game provider detects unusual activity concerning the actions
performed on the account. Below you can find the list of the most common cases

As we keep a lookout to provide the best service to our buyers, we are always available in case there is an issue with your purchase. So please if you are passing through any of the cases referred above and your account is still within the warranty, please contact us.
We can help you lift the limitation by providing a set of information (called ownership questions). We will be able to help you to get in touch with the Seller to settle the case and retrieve the account.
- Account retrieval:
As said above, purchasing accounts is somewhat risky. The original owner has access to the ownership questions; therefore, he can retrieve the account without having access to the new email and/or password.
We also recommend that you contact us if you want to select a safe account from a trusted seller.

The warranty system is interconnected with the type of sellers. At Eloboost24, we provide three types of warranties:
- Basic warranty – warranty granted after making a purchase from a regular seller. The warranty covers your purchase for a period of 7 days.
- Extended warranty – refers to the cases, when you purchase an account from a verified seller or an eb24 account. The warranty covers your purchase for a period of 14 days.
- EB24 Warranty – can be applied to cases, when you select the extra paid protection (20% charge). As the name says, the EB24 Warranty expands the scope and period of the warranty to indefinite, not limited by time period.
Case studies – warranty scope
To put it simply, we decided to visualize the scope of the warranty on a basis of three cases: account ban, account lock, and account retrieval.
Account ban:
- Basic (7 days)/extended warranty (14 days) – if the account was banned, we will compensate you with credit on the website or find a similar account.
Disclaimer: if the account value is equal to or above 20 EUR (or another currency equivalent) we reserve the right to cover 60% of the order’s face value in a form of a credit on the website.
- EB24 Warranty – similar rules apply to the account with the EB24 Warranty. Eloboost24 covers all purchases with a face value below 20 EUR.
Disclaimer: Purchases above 20 EUR (or another currency equivalent) qualify for a credit equal to 60% of the order’s nominal value. If the order’s value is equal to or exceeds 100 EUR (or another currency equivalent), we reserve the right to cover 35% of the nominal value that will be added as a credit on the website balance.
Eloboost24 refrains from any liability if the account ban has been imposed in reaction to the actions performed by the Buyer. For instance, if the Buyer breached the applicable regulations of the Game Provider.
Account lock:
- Basic (7 days)/extended warranty (14 days) – if the account has been locked, we contact the Seller to help us unlock the account. If the Seller or the Service provider won’t be able to unlock the account, we reserve the right to cover 60% of the order’s face value in a form of a credit on the website.
- EB24 Warranty– if the account has been locked, we contact the Seller to help us unlock the account. If the Seller or the Service provider won’t be able to unlock the account, we reserve the right to cover 60% of the order’s face value in a form of a credit on the website.
Disclaimer: If the account value is equal to or above 40 EUR (or another currency equivalent), we reserve the right to cover 40% of the order’s face value. If the nominal order value is equal to or exceeds 100 EUR (or another currency equivalent), the compensation will cover 35% of the order’s face value.
Eloboost24 refrains from any liability if the account ban has been imposed in reaction to the actions performed by the Buyer. For instance, if the Buyer breached the applicable regulations of the Game Provider.
Account retrieval:
- Basic (7 days)/extended warranty (14 days) – if the account has been retrieved, we contact the Seller and pursue the legal steps to recover the account. If the account remains compromised and we cannot retrieve it, the compensation will vary depending on the case. The warranty scope allows us to compensate you with credit on the website or alternatively with an account with the same/similar value.
- EB24 Warranty – if the account has been retrieved, we contact the Seller and pursue the legal steps to recover the account. If the account remains compromised and we cannot retrieve it, the customer will be able to claim the compensation in a form of a credit on the website or an account with a similar nominal value.
