3) Elo Boosting

  • What’s the definition of Elo Boosting / MMR Boosting?

    Elo Boosting / MMR Boosting is a virtual service based on helping customers to get higher divisions in a game called  League of Legends. The service is performed by people that have a lot of knowledge and experience in the game. Those people are called boosters. The service is based on reaching the desired division/rank that the customer paid to reach. Eloboost24 provides Elo Boosting service in the game. We provide this service on all servers which are: North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey and Oceania. Overall, there are 2 types of elo boosting: Solo boosting and Duo boosting. We, Eloboost24 can provide both of them.

    Below we will write a small explanation about the differences of both types of boosting.

    Solo Boosting means that the customer provides the information of his account (username and password) and then a high skilled booster will play on his account, until reaching the desired division/rank that the customer paid to get.

    Duo Boosting means that the customer will play with our booster, not being necessary to share their account information with the booster. The Customer will play on his own account and our assigned booster will play with him until the customer gets into his desired division/rank.

    After all, if the experience was fun and the customer enjoyed playing with our booster or the booster's job was like the customer expected or better, the customer can always ask to get the same service by or with the same booster! Eloboost24 will assign it again to the desired booster so he can provide the customer a great experience and service.     NORMAL WINS

    Either booster plays solo on your account or he plays with you as many normal wins as you have purchased.

    BOOSTING PACKAGES

    Bundle/package boosts are a pack of divisions, for example, a bundle from any Gold to Diamond V. You will get a discount for bigger boosts when you purchase a package/bundle service.

    CHAMPION MASTERY

    We will also help you upgrade your champion mastery to your desired level (max. level 7).

    GIFT BOX

    You can pay an amount of money in return for receiving a unique code that is worth a percentage of that money. Then you can use that code (gift box) in order to purchase a service for the money you have on your balance.

  • What’s guaranteed if you purchase our placement matches service?

    If you decide to use our placement matches service, we guarantee you a 70% win rate (minimum). If our booster doesn't achieve that win rate, he'll provide you an extra division for free.

    Note: The extra division condition is only applied to 10 placement match service. If you request, for example, 9 placements games, you won't get an extra division.

    If the customer purchases a lower amount of Placement Match games and, if The Service Provider provides lower than 70% amount of wins, the customer will receive 3 Wins as a compensation for free. This rule occur only if customer purchased more than 4 placement matches.

  • Can I schedule with my booster?

  • Can I check the progress of the boost?

  • Can I spectate my booster?

    Of course. If you want to spectate your booster meanwhile playing on your account, just log in into your personal profile on the website, then go to boosting and press the button “Watch booster live”.

  • Can I tip my booster?

    Yes. If you want to tip your booster, you have 2 ways to do it. First of all you can log in into your personal profile on the website, then go to boosting and press the button “Tip”. If you want to use a different method, you just need to go to the “Boosters” tab, then select the booster you want to tip and at his profile you can just click on the “Tip” button.

  • Can I play on my account, meanwhile the boost is in progress?

    There are different regulations and approach to League/Division Boosting and Win Boosting.

    Here are the differences:

    League/Division Boosting – You can, however there is an exception. You can never play the game mode you paid to, for example, if you paid for Summoner's Rift Solo/Duo, you can play Flex 5v5 but can't play Solo Queue until the boost is complete.

    Win Boosting - Yes, definitely you can play on your account during the boost. Win Boosting service rules doesn't affect anything on the games played on your account. During this service you will be allowed to play any League of Legends' game mode.

  • How does the Gift Box work?

    Gift Box is a feature where you pay any amount of money in return, you receive an unique code that is worth the same amount of money. Then you can use that code(gift box) in order to purchase a service for the money you have on your balance.

  • How can I use/give my Gift Box?

    In order to use your gift box, you have to do the following things:

  • Can I request a refund?

  • What can I do if my boost wasn't started right away?

  • What do I do if I have low MMR and I earn less than 13 LP per game?

    If you earn less than 13 league points per win, we have the right to change the order from Division/League boosting to a Win Boosting. The total amount of money left on your service will be converted from league/division Boosting to Win Boosting.

    Note: This rule is not valid for win boosting services. By purchasing win boosting services, you select a certain amount of wins.

  • What if I made mistakes on my purchase - what do I do?

  • Can I get banned for boosting?

    There have been always a small chance and risk of getting banned. After all researches we have made, that situation occurs in around 0,2 % of the total amount of boosted players. However, keep that in mind, but even if that happens we will provide you relevant information to unlock your account.

    Note: You cannot get banned for using Duo Boosting services.

  • Will I be informed about a boosting status change?

    Yes, we will always update you about the status of your boost. Once we change it, you will receive an e-mail informing you what have changed.

  • Can I choose my specific booster?

    Of course! If you want a specific booster to provide your service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that you choose your preferred booster. If the selected booster doesn't accept the offer within 3 hours or decline it, your boost will be back to the dashboard so it can be picked by other boosters.

  • What’s the definition of Coaching?

  • Can I get banned from coaching?

    No, you can't get banned for using coaching services. Coaching is completely legal and doesn't break any contractor records of the Terms of Service of the official provider of the game.

  • Will I be informed about a coaching status change?

    Yes, we will always update you about the status of your coaching sessions. Once we change it, you will receive an e-mail informing you what have changed.

  • Can I choose my specific coach?

    Of course! If you want a specific coach to provide your coaching session, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that you choose your preferred coach. If the selected coach doesn't accept the offer within 3 hours or decline it, your coaching session will be back to the dashboard so it can be picked by other coaches.

5) Selling Accounts

  • What’s the definition of Eloboost24 marketplace / selling account platform?

    Eloboost24 is also a marketplace for buyers & sellers of League Accounts. We sell accounts of all servers (North America, Europe West, Europe East & Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey & Oceania). We are selling lots of accounts with all sorts of ranks/divisions, champions and skins, so the customer can choose which one he wants to buy and/or goes with his budget.

    Eloboost24 does not own all League of Legends accounts. Eloboost24 owns only the accounts with displayed Eloboost24 label into it. The rest of the accounts are provided by other users - we are only resellers.

    If customer purchases a LOL account, Eloboost24 will grant an additional buyer protection. This warranty will take a specific amount of time, depending on who was the owner of the account. If the account was sold by the "Selling User" at the website, the customer will receive a 15 day warranty, which will be executed after the Customer or Service Provider confirms that the Buyer received the purchased product. If the customer purchases an account with the eloboost24 label, he will receive a 30 day warranty, which will be executed after the Customer or Service Provider confirms that the Buyer received the purchased product.

    Normal users can also put account for sale, If you want to sell your League of Legends account on our website, you are obligated to create an account on our website.
