How are Telegram Stars delivered?

How does a Telegram Premium item work?
The seller gifts or activates Premium on your own profile for the period described in the seller notes. When it is active, the Premium badge appears next to your name and the Premium page in settings shows the end date. Check that date before you confirm the order.
Should I buy Stars or Premium?
