What a software listing contains
Every software offer is a license key you activate on your own account or a ready account. Sellers state the plan, how long it runs, how many devices it covers and the region it works in.

Warranty is up to each seller and is shown on the listing. Cracked copies are not allowed. Payment stays in escrow until the key or account works.

Payment is held until you redeem the key and confirm it matches the listing. If it does not, open a dispute from the order chat and support reviews it with the seller.

What buyers ask before ordering software.
Do I get a key or an account?
Either, depending on the listing. Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud are sold as keys only; NordVPN, Surfshark, ExitLag, NoPing and Voicemod PRO listings can also be ready accounts. The offer type on each listing says which one you get.
Will the key work in my country?
Only if the region on the offer matches where you activate it. Some keys are global, others work in one region only. Check the region on the listing before you pay, and ask the seller in chat if anything is unclear.
How is the key delivered?
Through the order chat. The seller sends the key and the activation steps. Payment stays in escrow until you have redeemed the key and confirmed the order, so the seller is paid only for a key that works.
What if the key does not activate?
Open a dispute from the order chat with a screenshot of the error. Support reviews it with the seller and can replace the key or refund the order, depending on the case.
