FAQs about game keys
What is a game key?
A code that adds a game to your account on a platform such as Steam, Xbox or PlayStation. You redeem it once and the game stays in your library.
When do I get my key?
Offers marked Instant delivery show the key on your order page right after payment. Other sellers send it within the delivery time shown on their offer.
Will the key work in my country?
Check the region of the version you pick. A Global key activates everywhere; a regional key only activates on accounts from that region.
How do I activate the key?
Open your order, copy the key and redeem it on the platform. The Activation tab on each game page shows the steps.
Is buying a key on EB24 safe?
You pay through EB24, never to the seller directly. If a key does not work, contact support from your order.
How it works
From picking a version to playing, in four steps.
Pick your version: Choose the platform, region and edition that match your account.
Pay through EB24: Buy the cheapest offer or pick another seller. Your payment goes through EB24.
Get your key: Instant offers show the key on your order page right after payment; others arrive within the delivery time of the offer.
Redeem and play: Activate the key on your platform and download the game.
