League of Legends Patch 13.18

A blog post about these changes was written by me, Tinyy, one of the best elo boosters from EB24.

Riot Games recently made significant changes to League of Legends with the release of Patch 13.18 These changes include adjustments to champion abilities, item reworks, and gameplay balance. As a booster for Eloboost24 and a player with extensive experience in the game, I'm excited to share my thoughts on these changes and how they impact the gameplay experience.

We are here with a small patch note. Let’s get in.

ADJUSTED

Bard

It might be one of the best buffs we've seen in a long time. I have no idea why Riot calls this adjusted. The problem is that most support champions in the meta right now are engaged ones. That's why we may see that the bard is taken more easily in some matches, if not in every match. A small side note. If your ADC is engaged, I do not recommend you pick Bard Such as Samira/Tristana/Lucian…The marksmen who blend well with Bard are the ones who can stay comfortable in the lane. Such as ezreal/jhin…

BUFFS

Gwen

Huge buff. Gwen has been getting buffs consecutively for a long time now, and I think she could be the strongest champion in the top lane with this latest buff. It is a nice buff for playing in the jungle as well. Even if you play top lane, it provides enough speed to take your opponent's or your oamps in the late game. Give it a try.

Kennen

I think it is a very simple and very effective buff. A buff that will allow you to be more aggressive in lane, push faster, and ult more in the late game. We might even see more kennen in mid lane now. DGiveit a try.

Senna

Interestingbuff.It may seem like a very small buff, but it's a nice enough buff for the later stages of the game. A  small side note, the adcs that should be taken with sSennaare usually poke ones.Such as Ezreal/Jhin/Varus/Caitlyn/Ashe…

NERFS

Jarvan IV

I think it is an unnecessary nerf. But the reason I think is not because jJarvanis weak. Almost all the items the jarvan received were buffed, and even if the jarvan did not change, he unintentionally became very powerful. This means that if they nerf the jarvan now when they nerf the items in the future, it will be completely out of the game. Because they always do this, they strengthen the item and weaken the champion, and when the item is balanced again, the champion is out of the game.S till playable is still strong(at least for now).

Kayn

This is the 3rd nNerfKayn has received in the last 3 patches—the same logic as Jarvan. Kayn did not get these nerfs because he was very strong. Kayn got this nerf because Kayn's items were very strong. When we look at his items, we can see that Red Kayn made the same build as Jarvan.

ITEMS

Crown of the Shattered Queen

The main problem with this item is that its passive can be broken very easily. These changes seem to be a bit of a buff, but in general,I do not think this item is strong and as I said, the only reason is that it can be broken very easily.

Spear of Shojin

It's still playable, and still very strong. The biggest reason for Shojin to enter the meta is, of course, the buff it received in the previous patch. Not that, the item is so powerful that you can now buy it as the 1st or 2nd item.
