League of Legends Patch 13.23

Riot Games recently made significant changes to League of Legends with the release of Patch 13.23 These changes include adjustments to champion abilities, item reworks, and gameplay balance. As a booster for Eloboost24 and a player with extensive experience in the game, I'm excited to share my thoughts on these changes and how they impact the gameplay experience.

Here we are with a small patch note.

NERFS

Briar

This is the 5th Nerf in a row that Briar has received and each time it becomes more and more unplayable. I do not recommend you to play it.

K’sante

K'sante still seems very strong. These debuffs are only effective in the early game. I think he is still strong in the late game. I recommend you to play. And I would like to add that there is no tank matchup that he is losing.

Naafiri

Naafiri has received nerfs to his base stats for a long time. This nerf will make him less preferred. I don't recommend you to play.

BUFFS

Riven

Riven is a champion that is mostly played by OTPs. There are many reasons for this, such as the champion being difficult and fun. That's why I won't tell you to play it, because it is not a champion that you can learn in 5-10 games. But if you are OTP Riven, how happy are you?

Trundle

This buff is mostly for top-lane trundle. The reason is simple. If they wanted to strengthen the jungle trundle, they wouldn't have touched his mana. Because jungle characters do not have mana problems. I'm not sure if this buff is enough for the trundle to be played at the top, but I don't think there's any harm in trying it.

Janna

This is the buff that Janna has received for the second time and I think she will enter the meta. We still see that engaged supports are superior, so she is a champion who can only be taken in certain situations. For example, if there are champions like Diana or Wukong, she can be taken. Because you disrupt her ults with your ult. At the same time, she is not bad against picks like Leona.

Vel’koz

In general, it is a nice buff. It can make a difference, especially in terms of true damage. However, considering that champions such as Syndra and Orianna are chosen in the current meta, I hardly see Velkoz's place in the meta. But I think it can be played as support right now.

Turred Gold Adjustments

This is overall a small buff for the top lane. You will earn more gold from each tower. And the ones who want this the most are the split-push champions who play top lane.Such as Camille/Jax/Fiora…
