Send the coach application — The form asks for your peak and current CS Rating or Faceit level, region, role specialisation, languages and any teaching history you have.
Pass the knowledge review — We look for level and for the ability to explain. A level ten who cannot explain why a B split failed is a weaker candidate than a level eight who can walk through the utility, the timing and the read.
Build your coaching profile — Your profile spells out which formats you sell, which languages you teach in, what you specialise in and when you are available. It goes live in the CS2 coaching listings where students browse.
Get booked and run the session — The student takes the slot without any input from you. Messages and demo files travel through the order chat, leaving both of you a record of what was agreed.
Collect the payout and the review — The session payment reaches your EB24 balance once it wraps. Whatever review the student writes stays on your profile and steers how often you get booked in the month ahead.
Building an audience first is not a prerequisite. Students work the coaching listings, filtering on role, rating bracket, language and format. What competes is your profile, so a named specialisation such as anchoring B sites or AWP discipline outperforms any following.
The hours you post and the formats you list are yours alone. Live sessions, demo reviews and training plans can sit together on one profile, and nobody hands you a curriculum. A practice built entirely on Mirage and Inferno utility is a perfectly valid profile.
EB24 takes the student money ahead of the session and moves it to your balance once it is done. Cancellations and refunds follow platform policy, so an argument never ends with you chasing payment for a demo review already written.
Each finished session drops a review onto your profile, and a profile with a run of them gets found and booked with nothing pushing it. Among the tracks here, coaching is the one where month six takes noticeably less effort than month one.

Some students book coaching to fix what a boost exposed, and some buy a CS2 boost after coaching showed them the ceiling. Coaches who understand the whole EB24 stack keep students longer.
Three things add up to coaching income: your rate, how often you fill a slot, and how often a student returns. The platform pushes on all three, but the last one is mostly down to you.
Closing a session moves the payout to your EB24 balance, from where it leaves by your configured method. Up to that point EB24 is sitting on the student money, so no session is ever taught unpaid. Utility is the most common request: smokes, flashes and executes for the active map pool. After that comes role play, positioning, economy decisions and demo habits. Students rarely ask for aim coaching directly, but a good coach spots when crosshair placement rather than strategy is the actual ceiling.
