Can I decline a client?
Yes, any booking, and no reason is required. Your profile and your tier read exactly the same after a decline as before one. A client who keeps pressing once you have said no becomes a report instead of your problem, and staff take it from there against their account. Handling that alone is not part of the role.
What does verification involve?
We confirm who you are and that the Marvel Rivals account belongs to you, and only then does the profile publish. Keeping impersonators off the listings is the whole purpose, and you gain more from that than anyone else does. Clients clear verification of their own before a booking. Neither side skips the step.
When do I get paid?
