Complete the order and get paid — Mark the climb complete and the payout is credited to your EB24 balance, ready to withdraw with the method you chose. Nobody invoices a client here and nobody chases a payment.
New orders surface in the platform queue, not in your DMs. You see the target division, the queue type, the deadline and the payout before you claim anything, and you claim only what your week of ranked hours can hold. No bidding, no undercutting other boosters, no negotiating with clients over price.
Client money reaches EB24 at order creation, not at the finish line. The moment your climb is complete the payout is credited to your EB24 balance, withdrawable with the method you configured, and no client can vanish mid order owing you anything.
Disputes, refunds and problem clients are handled by staff. Your job ends at winning games and communicating inside the order chat. The rules are written down and applied the same way to every booster, so nothing depends on who happens to answer the ticket.

Each Overwatch order lists a fixed booster payout in the queue before you commit to it. You never bid against other boosters or haggle with a client: claim the climb, finish it, and the number the queue showed is the number you get.

These rules protect two things: the client Battle.net account and a queue other boosters can rely on. Boosters who lose their spot almost always lose it over blown deadlines or off-platform contact, never over a lost lobby.

Grandmaster on at least one role in role queue is the entry point, held across recent seasons rather than a one-off peak. Champion and Top 500 history opens the highest paying orders. Earnings depend on target division, role and how much you play. Each order in the queue lists its booster payout next to the division target, so you know what a climb pays before you touch it. Orders into Master and above pay more per game, tank and support coverage keeps your queue fuller, and there is no salary and no minimum hours.
No. One role at Grandmaster is enough to apply, and role queue orders name the role, so you are never handed a tank order because your support rank qualified you. A second role at Master or above widens what you can claim, and open queue orders are reviewed against your open queue rating separately.
Yes, if your console competitive history supports it. Console orders sit in a separate pool because crossplay does not mix console and PC players in competitive, and fewer boosters cover them. State your platforms in the application and the review checks each one you want to claim orders on.
You never play solo orders from your own account, and you are briefed on login and VPN practice when you are approved. Blizzard policy treats account sharing as a risk for the account owner, which is why duo orders exist as an alternative where the client stays on their own account throughout.
Comms. You call targets, track enemy ultimates and explain the counterswaps you make, because the client is in the lobby with you and hears everything. Duo orders climb slower than solo orders and pay accordingly, but they are where tips and repeat clients come from, so treat the voice channel as part of the job.
