Create your seller account — Register on EB24 and add a payout method in the dashboard. A listing cannot go live until those payout details exist, and the selling guide walks through the whole setup.
Price the account — Look at comparable heirloom and badge listings on the marketplace, then run the account through the account value calculator. Price well above those comparables and it sits, price under them and it moves within hours.
Fill in the listing — Platform, account level, heirlooms by name, legends unlocked, badges, ranked history and email access. Those fields are the filters buyers narrow on, and a listing that skips them never enters the comparison.
Deliver after the sale — A purchase puts the credentials handover into the order for you to complete. EB24 is holding the money by then, so the handover is the last thing standing between you and the payout.
Withdraw your payout — Once the buyer confirms the account works, the payout posts to your EB24 balance and leaves through the method you configured. Any warranty claim after that is the platform to settle, not you.

Yes. Heirlooms come from heirloom shards at extreme pack odds or from past collection events, and once an event is gone the item cannot be obtained again. That scarcity is priced in: an heirloom account regularly sells for several times a comparable account without one, and multiple heirlooms compound rather than add.
Current rank matters less than the trail it leaves. Predator and Master badges from past seasons stay on the account permanently and are the proof buyers actually filter for. The same goes for 4K damage and 20 kill badges: they outlive any single split and carry more of the price than the tier you happen to hold today.
Purchase sends the buyer money to EB24, credentials go across inside the order, and confirmed delivery moves the payout onto your EB24 balance. From there the payout method saved in your dashboard takes it out. A buyer is never the party paying you directly at any stage of this.
A claim goes through the platform under the terms of service, so it never turns into an argument between you and the buyer. It is also why full control of the EA account email matters: an Apex account you cannot hand over completely is the usual source of a claim, and listing time is when that gets avoided.
