Is buying a Tibia account on EB24 safe?
Your payment stays in escrow until the account is delivered, and the listing states the world, vocation and, where given, the experience level. Tibia accounts are sold together with their email access, so you take over the login and the inbox behind it. The warranty period covers anything that differs from the card.
Why does a Tibia account come with its email?
Tibia signs you in with the email address on the account, and password resets and security confirmations go to that inbox. Without it you would not control the account. Sellers therefore hand over the email credentials with the order, and changing both passwords should be the first thing you do.
Can I move the character to a different world?
CipSoft offers character world transfers for Tibia Coins, but they come with cooldowns and restrictions depending on the world type. Knight, Paladin, Sorcerer, Druid and Monk. Every listing names one, and the vocation filter narrows the page to it. The vocation decides how you hunt, which gear you wear and which teams want you, so settle it before you look at price. Promoted characters are listed under their base vocation.
What does the experience level tell me?
It shows how far the character has progressed, and since each level needs more experience than the last, higher numbers take much longer to reach. It also unlocks spells and equipment. The level is optional on a listing, so use the minimum level filter and check the card when a seller has left it blank.
What is the notable gear field?
A short free-text note where the seller names the equipment they think matters, such as a full set, a tiered weapon or items with imbuement slots. It is not a filter and not every listing has one. If it is missing, ask the seller in chat before buying rather than assuming what the backpack holds.
What should I do right after the purchase?
Log in to the email first and change its password, then change the Tibia password and turn on two-factor authentication. Check that the world, vocation and level match the listing. If anything does not, open a dispute from your order panel while the warranty is still running and EB24 keeps the payment held.
