How to Buy Welcome to Bloxburg Items?
Reviewed Sellers. In-Game Handover. Escrow Throughout.
Step 1
Start From the Item Type
Set the filters before any price is worth reading:
- Item Type: Cash, Blockbux, Gamepass, House / Build, Vehicle, Furniture & Decor, Other
- Quantity the offer covers
- Price range and delivery window
Each card carries the type, the description and the delivery method in the open.
Step 2
Pick the Seller Tier
Your warranty length comes from the tier the seller has reached:
- Normal Seller: covered by a 7-day warranty
- Top Seller: a longer track record, and a 14-day warranty
- Mythic Seller: the top trust tier EB24 awards
Ratings, typical delivery speed and past orders all sit on the profile.
Step 3
Check the Warranty Options
Some listings carry protection beyond the default:
- Lifetime Warranty: offered on selected listings
- Optional Upgrade: shown during checkout, never buried
- Worth taking on multi room builds and furnished interiors
A listing without an upgrade still carries the seller tier warranty.
Step 4
Checkout and Payment
Complete the order on EB24:
- Encrypted Checkout on every transaction
- Payment Providers: Stripe, Skrill, Paysera, Coinbase

Delivery speed comes from the listing, not from how you paid.
Step 5
Meet the Seller in Bloxburg
Delivery follows what the listing stated:
- Instant Delivery: the seller is on and ready to meet now
- Scheduled Delivery: windows of 20 min, 30 min, 1h, 12h, 1 day or 3 days
- Delivery Instructions: where to meet and how the handover runs, posted in Order Chat
The handover happens inside the experience on the Roblox account you already play on. No credentials change hands.
Step 6
Questions Before or During Delivery
Raise it with the seller first:
- Order Chat: most questions are settled there by the seller
- Delivery updates and instructions land in the same thread
When that does not resolve it:
- Live Chat Support
- Discord Ticket System
Step 7
Disputes
When what arrives does not match the card:
- The dispute process opens automatically
- Both sides file their evidence inside the dispute window
- If no agreement is reached, the case goes to EB24 to decide
Nothing reaches the seller until that process finishes.
