Track your order

Open your dashboard to see active, completed, and disputed orders. Each order shows its status, the assigned booster or seller, and the actions available to you: chat, pause, change booster, poke, tip, and Report a Problem.

Most boost orders are completed within a few days, and you receive progress updates throughout the process. Messages from EB24 Bot in the order chat are system notifications with updates, safety tips, and order-related information.

Your playtime is tracked live from the moment you start playing with the booster. The last game can continue even if the timer runs out. After each session, a confirmation popup asks you to enter the number of games and wins/losses played, per booster if you used more than one.
