How Brawl Stars top-ups are delivered
Brawl Stars offers on EB24 use three delivery methods:
- Login method - Works for Gems and passes. You enter your login details on the order page, and the seller signs in and makes the purchase on your account. Change your password after you confirm.
- Redeem Code - Gems only. The seller sends a code in the order chat, and you redeem it yourself. Nobody signs in to your account.
- Donation - Passes only. You enter the player who should get Brawl Pass Plus or Pro Pass, and the seller gifts the pass to that player.

Escrow on Brawl Stars orders
What you pay for Gems or a pass is not sent to the seller at checkout. EB24 holds it while the order runs:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your Gems order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the Gems does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.
- Top-up disputes cover delivery taking longer than promised, plus an Other reason for any problem you describe yourself.
- Every order has its own chat. Codes, IDs and delivery questions sent there stay attached to the order.

Buyer tips for Brawl Stars top-ups
A few habits help every Brawl Stars order go smoothly:
- For a login order, keep the email tied to your Supercell ID open for the verification code.
- Redeem a code as soon as you get it, and tell the seller in chat if it does not work.
- Before a gifted pass, check that the player does not already own that pass this season.
- Keep all messages in the EB24 order chat so they count as evidence in a dispute.

No. A top-up is a fixed pack or pass delivered to your own account. EB24 also has a separate Brawl Stars currency marketplace where sellers list their own offers.
When does the seller get paid?
EB24 holds your payment from checkout. After the seller marks the order delivered, a 7-day hold runs before payout, and you can open a dispute in that time.
