Send the coach application — The form asks for your Classic rank and server, your role and champion specialisation on the old roster, languages, and any teaching history you have.
Pass the knowledge review — We look for Season 3 fluency and for the ability to explain it. A player who can say why a rune page or a ward spot is right for the old patch beats a higher rank who cannot.
Build your coaching profile — The profile sets out your formats, your languages, the specialisation you teach and the hours you keep. It goes live in the LoL Classic coaching listings where students browse.
Get booked and run the session — Students book the slot themselves. Talking and swapping files both happen in the order chat, which leaves each side a record of what was agreed.
Collect the payout and the review — Finishing the session moves the payment onto your EB24 balance. The review the student writes goes onto your profile and shapes how often you are booked the month after.
Classic students split cleanly in two. Veterans are relearning a game they once knew, and mostly need modern habits corrected. Newcomers never saw Season 3 at all, and need the old systems built from zero. A profile that says which of the two you teach gets booked over a profile that says neither.
You never have to build an audience first. Students browse the Classic coaching listings and filter by role, language and format. On a young ladder the listing pool is small, so a clear specialisation is visible from day one instead of buried under a thousand competitors.
EB24 holds the student money from before the lesson begins and moves it to your balance once the lesson is done. Policy governs cancellations and refunds, which means a disagreement never leaves you chasing payment for teaching you already delivered.
A review lands on your profile after each finished lesson, and a profile with a steady review history gets found and booked without you promoting it anywhere. While the Classic ladder runs, demand is dense, and coaches who also hold the modern track carry their habit of teaching into the quieter months.
A Classic coach teaches the game as it was, not the game as it is. Students buy sessions from the LoL Classic coaching listings because the knowledge they need is scarce: how to set a rune page, where to spend mastery points, how to hold vision when nobody has a trinket, how the old jungle and itemization shape a lane.

What you earn comes out of three numbers: your rate, how often you are booked, and how often students return. On a seasonal ladder, timing joins that list: demand is densest while the Classic ladder is busy.
A finished session puts the payout on your EB24 balance, and withdrawals leave through the method you configured. The student money sits with EB24 until that point, so nothing is ever taught unpaid. A coach who can explain rune pages, mastery choices and trinketless vision convincingly is reviewed seriously even while their Classic rank is still climbing.
