Get booked and run the session — Students book the slot themselves. Session talk and VOD files stay in the order chat, so what was agreed is on record for both sides.
Collect the payout and the review — Payment settles to your EB24 balance after the session. The review the student leaves sits on your profile and decides how busy your next month gets.
No audience building comes first. Students searching the coaching listings narrow by role, rank bracket, language and format, and your profile is what competes, which means a clear specialisation beats a large following every time.
You publish the availability you want and the formats you offer. Live sessions, VOD reviews and multi session plans can run side by side, and nobody hands you a curriculum written by someone else.
The student payment is captured by EB24 before the session and released to your balance after it. Cancellations and refunds run through platform policy, so a disagreement never turns into you chasing money for a lesson you already delivered.
Every completed session leaves a review on your profile, and profiles with consistent reviews get browsed and booked without promotion. Coaching is the one track here where month six is materially lighter than month one.
