Narrow the catalogue before you read a single price:
- Item Type: Elytra, Spawners, Farms, Bases, Stashes, Netherite Gear, Stars, Services, Other
- Quantity the offer covers
- Price range and delivery window
Each card carries the type, the description and the delivery method up front.
Step 2
Pick the Seller Tier
Seller level decides the warranty attached to your order:
- Normal Seller: covered by a 7-day warranty
- Top Seller: stronger record, covered by a 14-day warranty
- Mythic Seller: the highest trust tier on the platform
Every profile shows ratings, delivery speed and order history.
Step 3
Check the Warranty Options
Some listings carry protection beyond the default:
- Lifetime Warranty: offered on selected listings
- Optional Upgrade: shown during checkout, never buried
- Worth taking on farms, bases and stocked stashes
Where no upgrade is offered, the seller warranty applies as standard.
Step 4
Checkout and Payment
Finish the order on the platform:
- Encrypted Checkout on every transaction
- Payment Providers: Stripe, Skrill, Paysera, Coinbase
- Global Coverage: 150+ payment methods supported
Which method you pay with has no bearing on how fast delivery happens.
Step 5
Meet the Seller in Game
Delivery follows what the listing stated:
- Instant Delivery: the seller is already online and waiting
- Scheduled Delivery: 20 min / 30 min / 1h / 12h / 1 day / 3 days
- Delivery Instructions: the meeting point and method arrive in Order Chat
The whole handover happens on the server. No credentials change hands.
Step 6
Questions Before or During Delivery
Start with the person handling the order:
- Order Chat: the seller can usually resolve it directly
- Sellers post instructions and delivery updates there as well
If that does not settle it:
- Live Chat Support
- Discord Ticket System
Step 7
Disputes
If the delivery does not match the card:
- The dispute process opens automatically
- Buyer and seller put their evidence in first, inside the dispute window
- If no agreement is reached, EB24 reviews the case and settles it
Your payment stays held for the whole of that process.
