We made massive changes in our Marketplace and we receive a lot of questions on a daily basis related to how to sell and how to buy accounts on our website. We have heard all your feedback and suggestions and we're here to present to you our newest member, our Marketplace Expert.

• Who is the Marketplace Expert?

His name is Sonne! He will be with us on our Live chat and on Discord as well so you can't miss him and can have the help you wanted by a specialist.

• How can I reach him exactly?

As I said, he will be with us on our Live Chat so any Marketplace related question or request related to it will be transferred to him so you have the best reply. • When do I know he is online?

On Discord it's simple, you check on our Member's list and he will be there if he is online. On our live chat, his schedules are simple:

- Week days - 17:00 - 22:00 CET
- Weekends - 15:00 - 20:00 CET

This way you will know when he will be online and can wait to ask him directly for help. 

• What if I want to request his help on Discord?

You can either talk with him directly via private messages or go to the “Marketplace-expert” channel [2] and fill the information necessary to request advice from him [3]. He will help you right away once he sees your request.

• I see a lot of hot deals being posted on Discord. How do they work?

Our Marketplace expert will publish hot deals every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. But these deals aren't all from us or from our verified sellers. 

- Every Tuesday & Saturday, he will be publishing 3 offers from our verified sellers.
- Every Thursday, the hot deals will be from non-verified sellers, which means it can be from any user seller from our Marketplace!
