EB24 Community #11 - Customized accounts - A complex way to adjust your preferences

With the impact that our Marketplace adjustments and a new feature have been having on our customer's lives, we've decided to add one more feature that will facilitate your life! We've had now Customizable Accounts.

• What is a Customizable Account?

It's a League account that you can customize as you wish and desire.

• Why was this feature created?

This feature was created because of our customer's individual needs. Nowadays, almost everything can be modified and customized as we want and desire. We've also been verifying a particular need from our customers to get certain features when buying an account. For example, many look up for a determined champion(s) or rank in a specific type of queue, and so we've decided to implement such a feature. 

• What can I customize?

Basically everything. You can customize your Summoner Name, the rank for a specific type of queue, an account with specific champions that you feel more comfortable with. If you wish an account to have something in particular, we will look up into it and provide you what you desired.

• Is it safe?

Yes, it is much safer than the normal accounts that are selling on our Marketplace.

• Why is it safe?

Because this way you can fill all the information from the start like it was your own account from the beginning. This specific feature is a plus for many customers since they always feel a bit scared with the idea that the seller may retrieve the account.* Besides, we also offer a lifetime warranty + VPN protection during the service.

*This specific feature is related to handmade accounts.

• Why is this feature necessary?

Besides all the points made above, we know that many of our customers don't have time to level up the accounts by themselves and so we make the leveling process ourselves.

• Alright, I want to buy one of those accounts. Where can I do that?

That is simple. You need to go into our Marketplace tab, on our filter box, you can find the specific option to show only our customized accounts. [1]

• I see a lot of customized accounts with different types of customizations, what are the differences?

We have 5 types of customized accounts:

1. EB24 Botted Accounts [2]

These accounts include:

- Customized Summoner Name with EB24,

- Delivery up to 7 days,

- VPN Protection during the service,

- 14 days warranty.

These accounts are available for:

EU – 13EUR each,

NA – 15USD each.

2. EB24 Handmade Accounts [3]

These accounts include:

- A handmade account with a customized name,

- Delivery up to 7 days,

- VPN Protection during the service,

- 7 days XP boost required,

- Lifetime Warranty,

These accounts are available for:

NA – 40USD each.
