Steal an Egg has 13 biomes, and the Enchanted Forest added in update 7 is the furthest one, with a minimum speed requirement of 50B. Forest has no requirement, Lake starts at 900, and the biggest single jump on the map is Prehistoric (18M) to Cosmic (700M).

The biomes sit on one route. Every speed milestone lets you steal eggs further from your base, and further eggs hatch pets with better income.

The minimum speed is not enough
Meeting the requirement only lets you reach the nest. Picking up an egg wakes the guardian, and it chases you until you are back at your base or it catches you. Heavier eggs slow you down, so a heavy egg needs more speed than the listed minimum.
What happens when you get caught depends on where. If the guardian of the biome you stole from catches you, the egg returns to its nest. If you are caught in a biome closer to home, the egg stays there and you can go back for it.
The common advice is to try a light egg first when you enter a new biome. If you escape cleanly, move up to heavier ones. Cherry Blossom is a good example: it asks for 2.5B, but community guides suggest around 3.5B for the heaviest eggs.
Which biome jumps are the hardest?
Raw requirement growth tells you where you will get stuck. I worked out the multipliers from the table above.

The Cosmic wall is where most players slow down. It is a long grind on the treadmill, and nothing about the next biome becomes easier once you arrive, because the Dragon is faster than anything before it.
How to move through biomes faster
Upgrade your treadmill and trail. Both multiply how fast speed grows.
Keep your best income pets equipped. Income pays for the next treadmill and trail.
Farm the furthest biome you can escape, not the easy ones.
Check every biome after each egg reset, because rare eggs can spawn anywhere.
Fill hatch slots before you log off, so eggs keep hatching.

Enchanted Forest in short
Update 7 added the Enchanted Forest with 8 new pets. To start the Wisp quests you need 50B speed. The update also brings the Butterfly Bloom event and an Enchanted mutation consumable with a 100% chance to apply the mutation, according to community guides. Early on, most players will not touch this biome for a long time, so treat it as the end goal and not the next step.
Skip the grind: buy a progressed account or pets
Reaching Cosmic or beyond takes many hours on the treadmill. If you would rather start further along, you can look at a progressed account or buy items directly.
