How Neverness to Everness top-ups are delivered
NTE offers on EB24 come with two delivery methods. Here is what each needs from you after checkout:
- Login method - On the order page you enter your NTE login and password. The seller signs in and makes the Riftcrystal or bundle purchase inside your account. Set a new password after you confirm the order.
- UID - You type your NTE in-game ID into the in-game account field. The seller sends the Riftcrystal or bundle to that ID with no password involved.
Both methods are listed on the Neverness to Everness top-up page, so pick the one you are comfortable with first.
Escrow on NTE Riftcrystal orders
Paying for Riftcrystal on EB24 does not send the money to the seller straight away. It is held while your order is open:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your Riftcrystal order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the Riftcrystal does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.
- Top-up disputes cover delivery taking longer than promised, plus an Other reason for any problem you describe yourself.
- Every order has its own chat. Codes, IDs and delivery questions sent there stay attached to the order.
See the marketplace escrow and warranty guide for the complete rules on held payments.
Buyer tips for Neverness to Everness top-ups
A mistyped ID or the wrong bundle name are the usual causes of NTE order issues. Keep these in mind:
- Copy your NTE ID from the in-game profile panel so the Riftcrystal does not land on a stranger.
- If you choose login, have access to the email or phone on the account for any sign-in check.
- Check whether your Monthly Pass is still running before buying another, so the days are not wasted.
- Keep order talk inside the EB24 chat, where it stays available if you need to raise a dispute.

FAQs about Neverness to Everness top-ups
Answers about Riftcrystal packs, the Monthly Pass, Hunter Supplies, ID delivery and escrow on EB24.
How do I buy Riftcrystal on EB24?
Open the Neverness to Everness top-up page and choose login or in-game ID delivery. Select a Riftcrystal pack or a bundle, compare the sellers by price and stock, then pay at checkout. On the order page you enter the details your method needs, and EB24 holds the payment during delivery.
Which Riftcrystal packs can I choose?
Offers come in 60, 300, 980, 1,980, 3,280 and 6,480 Riftcrystal. Sellers can also list the All-In-One-Bundle, Hunter Supplies Elite, Hunter Supplies Honor and the Monthly Pass. The login and in-game ID methods share this same list.
Do I have to share my password?
No. Choose the in-game ID method and enter your NTE ID after checkout, and the seller delivers without signing in. The login method is optional and asks for your login and password on the order page. If you use it, change the password once you confirm the order.
What is the difference between Hunter Supplies Elite and Honor?
They are two separate Hunter Supplies packages on this page, and sellers list each one on its own. Check the in-game store description to see what each package contains, then buy the matching offer. Read the offer title before paying, because the two names differ by one word.
Can I buy the Monthly Pass through a seller?
Yes. The Monthly Pass is listed as its own package under both delivery methods. After checkout you give either your in-game ID or your login, and the seller activates the pass on your account. If a pass is already active, check how many days remain before you order another.
When does the seller receive my money?
Your payment stays with EB24 from checkout onward. When the seller marks the Riftcrystal order delivered, a 7-day hold begins before the funds move to the seller wallet. During that window you can open a dispute from the order page if something is wrong.
What should I do if my Riftcrystal is missing?
Go to the order page and open a dispute, choosing delivery taking longer than promised or other. EB24 support looks at the order chat and the ID or login details on the order. The payment is not released to the seller while the dispute is open.
