To initiate a voice call, simply select your order from the dashboard and click on the "Voice Call" button.
What should I do if a booster offers me a private service outside of the website?
Can I get more details about the Win Boosting service?
Win Boosting is a pay-per-win service, meaning that for each loss, the customer receives an extra win as compensation. To maintain balance and ensure a fair matchmaking experience, the LP cap system applies:
- 1 WIN = 50 LP Value CAP
- 2 WINS = 100 LP Value CAP
- 3 WINS = 150 LP Value CAP
Once the LP cap is reached, the service will be marked as completed and considered fully delivered if the the win rate is 50% or above, if the win rate is below 50% additional games will be played to ensure it reaches at least 50% before marking the service as completed.
Note: A loss of 0 LP is not considered a net loss. Only losses of
1 LP or more are counted.
Exception: In Master tier at 0
LP, losses are considered a net loss.
During your Net Wins service, if you get promoted to a higher division (example, from Diamond 4 to Diamond 3), the order will automatically be marked as completed. Any remaining Net Wins from the order will be converted into balance and credited to your account wallet.
If you wish to continue the Win Boosting service after the promotion, a new Net Wins order for the new division (Diamond 3 in this example) must be purchased.
Note: This system applies only to orders starting from Platinum 4 and above.
Can I get more information about the Placement Matches?
If my booster abandons the order or I request a new booster, what’s gonna happen next?
We adjust the order (if there’s any progress/regression) on the order and put it on the dashboard for other boosters. You’ll receive an email once a new booster claims the order.
What should I do if the booster is not performing their duties properly, such as displaying toxic behavior, performing poorly, not adhering to the specifics of the order, or causing my account to be penalized?
If the booster has caused any inconvenience, including but not limited to failure to follow order requests, in-game toxicity, account penalization or banning, poor performance, etc., please utilize the "Report" button on your dashboard to submit a report. We will promptly address the matter. If you experience any additional issues or inconveniences with your booster, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Below are the types of accounts that can or cannot be sold on Eloboost24:

- Unranked/Ranked accounts
- Botted/Hand-leveled accounts (provided the level-up option is included in the selling account form)
Not allowed for sale:
- Accounts with a value exceeding 250 EUR/USD
- Accounts with more than 400 skins (League of legend)
- Accounts that are stolen or hacked

We charge a selling fee based on the nominal price set by the seller. For instance, if you set a price of 200 EUR for your account, we’ll add the fee and list the account for 250 EUR. After the account is sold, you’ll receive the set price of 200 EUR.

When do marketplace sellers get paid?
After a sale closes, the funds sit in your frozen balance for 7 days. This window covers warranty and chargeback risk. Once it passes, the balance moves to available and you can be paid in one of two ways:
- Scheduled. We send payouts automatically twice a month, on the 10th and on the 25th. Scheduled payouts carry the lowest fees and need no action from you.
- Instant. You can request a payout at any time from the Wallet. A 3% on-demand fee applies (5% for USDT) and the transfer goes out within one working day for most methods.
Both modes share the same available balance, so you can mix them however suits your cashflow.

What Accounts Cannot Be Sold on the Marketplace?
General Restrictions:
- Accounts with a price exceeding 250 EUR/USD
