Get booked and run the session — The booking comes in on its own, no outreach needed. Replay codes and session talk stay in the order chat, leaving both sides a record of what was agreed.
Collect the payout and the review — A finished session credits your EB24 balance, and the review the student leaves becomes part of your profile, shaping how often the next month books you.
No audience is required on day one. Overwatch students arrive at the listings filtering by role, rank bracket, language and format, and the profile is what competes, which means "support coach for Platinum to Diamond" beats a large following every time.
Availability and formats are yours to publish. Live sessions, VOD reviews and multi session plans run side by side if you want them to, and no one hands you a curriculum.
EB24 captures the student payment before the session starts and releases it to your balance once it ends. Refunds and cancellations follow written platform policy, so no disagreement ever turns into you chasing money for a lesson already taught.
Each completed session adds a review to your profile, and a profile that keeps collecting solid reviews gets found and booked with zero promotion behind it. Coaching is the one track here where month six is materially easier than month one.

A short written breakdown of one of your own replays, sent with the application, does more for a first time coach than any rank screenshot.

Yes. Boosting and coaching are separate applications with separate profiles, and holding both is common. Many coaches take boosting orders in quiet weeks and coach in busy ones, and hero shooter players often add a Marvel Rivals application on top. Every payout lands on the same EB24 balance.
Yes. Console students are reviewed and coached in their own pool, since console competitive does not mix with PC in crossplay and the positioning norms differ with aim assist in the lobby. VOD reviews work identically on both platforms, so console coverage mostly widens your live session audience.
Cancellation and refund outcomes come from platform policy in the terms of service, never from a negotiation between coach and student. It is also the reason session agreements belong in the order chat: when a dispute is reviewed, the written record there is what it gets resolved against.
A coach application with per-role rank proof, a stated specialisation and concrete hours usually hears back within a few days. Leave any of those out and the review pauses to ask for them, which stretches the wait. One detailed form beats several partial ones.
