A Steam Wallet holds one currency, set when the account first adds funds. A code has to match that currency, or Steam declines it at redemption.
Redemption happens inside Steam, on the account that will spend the funds. The code is added as balance and cannot be moved to another account afterwards.

Valve prices games per store, and the wallet currency ties an account to one of those stores. A code bought for a different store is the most common reason a redemption fails. Every offer in Steam Wallet code listings names its region in the title, so you can sort by the store you shop in.

Buy the region that matches your Steam wallet currency. Eloboost24 lists codes for 43 regions, including Global, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, LATAM (USD) and MENA (USD). If your wallet shows euros, pick a Europe code; if it shows US dollars, a US, LATAM or MENA code may fit, depending on the store your account belongs to.
Only when the code currency matches your wallet. Steam converts nothing at redemption, so a code issued in pounds will not add funds to a wallet held in złoty. Global codes are the exception sellers offer for this case. Read the listing note, and if a code is refused for currency reasons, keep it unused and open a dispute on the order.
In the Steam client, open the Games menu and choose Redeem a Steam Wallet Code. On the website, the same option sits under Account Details. Paste the code from your Eloboost24 order and confirm. The funds land in your wallet balance and can be spent on games, DLC and Community Market items on that account.
Steam Wallet codes do not carry an expiry date once issued, and balance added to a wallet stays there until spent. That said, redeem the code soon after the order arrives, so any problem with it is raised while the payment is still held in escrow and the seller can still replace it.
Each seller sets their own delivery window, and it is shown on the listing before you pay. The code is posted in your Eloboost24 order as soon as the seller sends it, and you get a notification. If the stated window passes without a code, you can raise it in the order and the payment stays frozen.
Do not try it again on another account. Open a dispute from the order and attach the message Steam showed you. The payment stays in escrow while a moderator checks whether the code was used, mistyped or issued for another currency, and the seller either replaces it or the order is refunded.
