Three Ways People Sell Zalando Vouchers

Some sellers have one spare voucher, others hold a batch from one country, and a few cover many shops at once.

A spare voucher

A card you were given for a Zalando shop you rarely order from.

  • Country read from the card or the email it arrived in
  • Value and currency placed first in the title
  • Stock left at one so the offer ends after a sale
  • A low effort way to see how an EB24 order runs

A batch for one shop

Several vouchers of equal value issued for the same country.

  • One offer with stock matching your unused codes
  • Shoppers may buy a few codes in one checkout
  • A single price to adjust when the market moves
  • Each voucher handed over inside the order

Several countries

Vouchers for different Zalando shops, such as Germany, Poland and Sweden.

  • One offer for every country and value pair
  • Currency differs between shops, so prices do too
  • Shoppers filter by country before reading titles
  • The API keeps many offers in sync for you

The Country Tag Is What Shoppers Search By

Zalando keeps a separate shop for each country, so a voucher from zalando.de is useless on zalando.fr. The Zalando Gift Card offers page lets shoppers filter to their own country first, so an accurate tag is how your voucher reaches someone who can spend it. The remaining fields are explained in our guide to selling on EB24.

Getting started

Turning a Spare Zalando Voucher Into Balance

Nobody vets your vouchers in advance. You register, fill in one form and hand the code over after the shopper pays.

1

Open an account and add a payout method Sign up, then record the withdrawal option you prefer. Our seller walkthrough covers this for any product type.

2

Study the current prices Browse the Zalando voucher listings narrowed to your shop and check what vouchers of your amount sell for today.

3

Select the country shop Pick one of the 15 countries in the required region field. It has to match the card, otherwise Zalando refuses the voucher at checkout.

4

Write the value and add stock Start the title with the voucher amount and currency, describe your delivery, choose a price and state how many identical vouchers you have.

5

Hand over the code and get paid Send the code through the order once it is paid. When the shopper confirms Zalando accepted it, the money reaches your EB24 balance.

Why sell here

What an EB24 Order Adds to a Voucher Sale

A voucher swapped for a bank payment leaves one party exposed. An order keeps both sides covered.

Shoppers sorted by country

Shoppers choose their country before they browse, so whoever opens your offer orders from the Zalando shop your voucher was made for.

Selling Zalando Gift Cards

Getting the Country and Value Right on a Zalando Offer

The country is a form field, while the value belongs in your title. Shoppers on the Zalando Gift Cards page check both before they open an offer.

Before you publish

Country
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway or Ireland. Take it from the card.
Value and currency
Lead the title with the amount and its currency, for example 50 EUR, 200 PLN or 500 SEK. There is no separate value field.
Stock
Enter only vouchers you hold and have not redeemed yet. Overstating stock ends in a cancelled order.
Description
Mention how the voucher reached you and how fast you deliver. A few plain lines work well here.

When you are ready, open the form for item offers. If you also hold Amazon vouchers, see the Amazon Gift Card seller page.

Setting a Price for a Zalando Voucher

Shoppers know what a voucher is worth in their shop, so they weigh your price against that value and against offers for the same country. Offers for other countries do not compete with yours.

Worth doing

  • Compare only with offers for your country and value
  • Revisit the price if nobody orders for a while
  • Match stock to the vouchers sitting in your inbox
  • Reply to shopper messages while an order is open

Worth avoiding

  • A title that hides the voucher amount
  • Copying a Polish price onto a German voucher
  • Offering vouchers that have not arrived yet
  • Delivering the code through an outside app

Covering Many Zalando Shops at Once

With fifteen shops and several amounts, the number of offers grows fast. Using the EB24 seller API your own tooling can publish and adjust them.

Handy for larger sellers

  • Push stock and price changes from your system
  • Link offers to your records with an external ID
  • Run one offer per country and value
  • Route redemption disputes to EB24 support

Your dashboard has an Integrations area where API keys are issued. Planning a big catalogue? Let us know through the contact page beforehand.

How Payment and Delivery Stay Protected

Checkout collects the money and EB24 keeps it until the shopper confirms Zalando took the voucher. Then it lands in your balance, ready to withdraw.

What sellers handle

Use the order
Codes belong in the order thread only. Payment protection and the support history rely on that.
Track each code
A voucher can be spent once. Note which codes you have sold so none goes out twice.
Clean origin
List only vouchers you came by legitimately. Codes with a doubtful history are the usual root of disputes.
Zalando rules
Zalando has its own conditions for its vouchers, and they bind every holder. EB24 covers the order between you and the shopper, not those conditions.

Fees and withdrawals are described in the help centre, and every order follows the EB24 terms.

Seller questions

Zalando Gift Card Seller FAQ

What people usually ask before posting a Zalando voucher. Card specific questions are welcome via the contact form.

  • Can I sell a Zalando gift card I will not use?

Yes, provided the voucher is unused and came to you legitimately. Sign up, store a payout option, then fill in the item form: country shop, a title starting with the amount, your price and your stock. Once every required field is complete, the offer goes public.

  • Which Zalando countries can I list?

Fifteen: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Ireland. Each offer carries one of them. Zalando only accepts a voucher in the shop it was issued for, so pick the country printed on the card.

  • Where does the voucher amount go?

Into the title. The Zalando form has no amount field, so the title is where shoppers find the amount and currency before weighing your price. Starting the title with something like 100 EUR makes the offer easy to spot in a list of similar ones.

  • Can one offer hold several vouchers?

Yes, when they share a country and a value. Enter your count of unused vouchers as stock, and a shopper can take one or several in the same checkout. A voucher with another value or for another country needs a separate offer so the title stays true.

  • How does the shopper receive the code?

Inside the order. Once payment clears, you post the code there and the shopper redeems it in their Zalando account or at checkout. Handing it over there protects the payment and gives support a trail to review if a problem appears later.

  • When do I get paid for a Zalando voucher?

The shopper pays when ordering and EB24 holds the amount during delivery. After the shopper confirms Zalando accepted the voucher, the funds are credited to your EB24 balance, ready for withdrawal to the payout option saved in your dashboard.

  • What if Zalando rejects the code?

The shopper reports it from the order and support reviews the thread. Most rejections come from a voucher for another country or one already spent, so checking the country and your sales record before listing prevents nearly all of them.
