Τιμές MM2 εξηγημένες: Βαθμίδες, τιμές και ασφαλείς συναλλαγές
MM2 values mean two different things: a community point score that decides whether an item-for-item trade is fair, and the real-money price a buyer will pay. The two often disagree, and mixing them up is how people overpay or get talked into bad trades.
Murder Mystery 2 has no in-game price list for knives, guns or pets, so players rely on value lists and on marketplace prices to judge an item. Here is how both work, which rarity tiers matter, and how to check a price before you trade or sell.
Value points vs cash price
Value points: a number a community value list assigns to each item so two players can swap items and judge if the trade is even. It says nothing about money.
Cash price: what a buyer actually pays on a marketplace. It moves with supply, demand and how many sellers list the same item.
If you only ever trade item for item, a value list is enough. The moment real money is involved, compare live offers for the exact item instead of trusting a list that may lag behind the market.
The rarity tiers and where the money is
Items fall into tiers: Chroma, Ancient, Godly, Legendary, Rare, Uncommon, Common, Vintage and Unique. Most guns and knives trade for very little, and only the top of the pyramid carries serious prices.
Chroma: the rainbow-animated versions of Godly weapons. They sit at the top of the market because of extreme rarity and community demand.
Ancient: high-end weapons. Gingerscope and Traveler's Axe are the names buyers ask about most. Nik's Scythe is reported to be owned by only 7 players, so it is effectively not for sale.
Godly: the core of the trading market. Prices spread widely: top guns such as Traveler's Gun cost real money, while recent event weapons can be cheap.
Legendary, Rare, Uncommon, Common: mostly low value. A few outliers exist, for example Cane 2018 among the Rares.
Vintage: the original Murder Mystery items, which the community values very little.
Unique: Corrupt is the only tradable item in this tier.

Prices in this list are snapshots from active marketplace listings at one point in time, so treat any figure you see elsewhere as a starting point, not a fixed value.
What moves an MM2 item's price
Rarity and supply: fewer copies in circulation means a higher price. Chromas stay expensive because there are few of them.
Events: seasonal and limited-time weapons create artificial scarcity. New event items often start expensive and drop as more players obtain them.
Demand from new players: newcomers keep looking for their first Godly or Chroma, which keeps trading volume high.
Listing competition: when many sellers list the same item, the price falls toward the lowest offer.
That last point is why a single price you read in an article is never final. Check the current lowest listings before you decide.
How to check what your item is worth
Start with our MM2 item value calculator, which gives you a quick estimate for your weapon. Then compare it with live listings for the exact same item, including its tier and any Chroma version, since a Chroma and its regular Godly can differ by a large factor.
If you want to see what comparable items sell for, browse the MM2 items marketplace and look at several offers, not just the cheapest or the most expensive one.
Trading safely
Item-for-item trades inside the game carry scam risk, mostly from players who bait you with a fake "value" for their item. A few rules help:
Never accept a trade based only on a value list that the other player quotes to you. Check it yourself.
Be careful with any deal that pushes you to hurry or move off the platform.
If you pay real money, use a marketplace that holds the payment until delivery. Our buyer's checklist for game accounts covers the same checks for accounts.

FAQ
What are MM2 values?
Values are either community points used to judge trade fairness, or the real-money price of an item. They are related but not the same.
Which MM2 items are worth the most?
Chroma versions of Godly weapons are at the top of the market, followed by high-end Ancients and the best Godlys. Most other tiers trade for little.
Are MM2 value lists accurate?
They are community estimates and can lag behind the market. Always compare with current listings for the exact item.
How do I know if a trade is fair?
Check each item in a value list and against live marketplace offers, then compare totals. Do not rely on numbers the other player gives you.
Do MM2 item prices change?
Yes. Events, new releases and the number of sellers all move prices, so a figure from last month can already be out of date.
