- Commander level shows how far the account has pushed the campaign.

- The UR count shows how many top rarity ships the fleet can field.
- Region decides which events, servers and language you get.

A high commander level means more oil and later chapters unlocked. Look at commander level 100 and above for a fleet that has done the long climb.

Commander level raises your oil cap and dock limits and unlocks later campaign chapters. A high level account can run hard stages and event maps without a long warm up.

How do I take over the login?
