Nurse Harrow Build Guide: Best Items, Skill Order and How to Play Deadlock's First M1 Healer
The best Nurse Harrow build in Deadlock is a healing support build: Extra Regen first, then Extended Magazine into Titanic Magazine and Healing Booster, Improved Spirit and cooldown items mid, and Ricochet, Healing Tempo and Spiritual Overflow late. Harrow released on October 20, 2026 as the final City Never Sleeps hero, she is Deadlock's first left-click (M1) healer, and she already sits around a 51 to 52% win rate.
Win rates and item stats below come from public match trackers in late October 2026. Trackers disagree slightly, so we give ranges, and every Deadlock patch moves them.

How Nurse Harrow Works
Harrow heals allies by shooting them, and her kit runs on one economy:
Leech Therapy damages enemies and drops leeches. Collecting them permanently raises her regeneration and fire rate, so picking them up is not optional.
Healing Needles loads a healing magazine that refills through damage dealt and leech recovery.
Wretched Vapors lets an ally defer incoming damage, but that debt lands when it ends.
Lurking Terrors, her ultimate, is a 7-second channel that deals spirit damage in a 180-degree cone, stops anyone looking at her from using stamina or movement abilities, and makes them flee in fear. Its 200-second cooldown drops to 150 at tier 1.
One important detail: Harrow has no base health regeneration, which is why Extra Regen is the first buy.
Skill Order
Players with the highest win rates open Leech Therapy, Leech Therapy, Healing Needles, because every leech makes the rest of the kit stronger. Take Healing Needles to tier 2 early and leave Wretched Vapors upgrades for last. Lurking Terrors' tier 1 cooldown cut is worth taking early in fight-heavy games.
Item Build
Early: Extra Regen, Extended Magazine into Titanic Magazine (more shots means more healing per charge), Healing Booster, Extra Spirit and Extra Stamina. Kinetic Dash's dash-jump is a strong mobility pick.
Mid: Improved Spirit, Compress Cooldown, Duration Extender (leech lifetime, Vapors' rush and the ultimate's fear all scale with duration), Superior Cooldown and Greater Expansion. Fortitude is the tanky option.
Late: Ricochet and Healing Tempo are the standard spike, and Healing Nova or Restorative Shot also trigger Healing Tempo for extra fire rate. Spiritual Overflow posts her highest win rate among common late items. Diviner's Kevlar and Indomitable keep you alive.
Avoid a full spirit nuke build. Her leeches alone do too little damage to justify it.
How to Play Her
Pick up every leech you safely can. That is your scaling.
Heal the ally taking damage, not the one already safe.
Use Wretched Vapors to buy time, then heal the debt before it lands.
Channel Lurking Terrors facing the enemy team to lock their escapes during a fight.
