Arc Raiders' Frozen Trail update went live on October 8, 2026, replacing Raider Decks with three Reward Passes: a free pass worth 200 Raider Tokens, a premium pass worth 1,150, and a free Legacy Pass that merges your old Raider Decks so nothing you earned is lost. How the Reward Passes Work
The Free Pass is unlocked through Feats, so it rewards playing normally. The Premium Pass adds premium versions of the same outfits and more tokens. The Legacy Pass is the one to open first: it rolls every Raider Deck you had before Frozen Trail into one track, so your pre-update progress still pays out.
Embark moved Arc Raiders to two major content updates a year, which is why Frozen Trail is so much bigger than the monthly patches players were used to.

What to Do in Week One
Claim the Legacy Pass so your old progress pays out.
Upgrade the Research Workstation in the Outpost. Amplified Weapons do not unlock until it is fully upgraded.
Stock materials. A new crafting tier and a new base both eat materials, and everyone is competing for the same drops.
Try the Stiletto if you are early game. It is positioned as a cheap alternative to the Renegade.
Do not solo the Frigate yet. It is designed around squads in close quarters. Learn Pendola Pass first.
