Συχνές ερωτήσεις

Συχνές ερωτήσεις για το Twitch Drops

  • Πώς λειτουργούν οι αγορές Twitch Drops;

    Αφού επιλέξεις ένα drop και ολοκληρώσεις την αγορά, οι οδηγίες παράδοσης εμφανίζονται στον πίνακα παραγγελίας σου στο EB24. Ο πωλητής φροντίζει να φτάσει η ανταμοιβή στον λογαριασμό παιχνιδιού που διάλεξες, χωρίς κοινοποίηση κωδικού σε κανένα σημείο. Δίνεις απλώς τα στοιχεία που χρειάζονται για να συνδεθεί το drop με τον λογαριασμό σου και η ανταμοιβή παραδίδεται χωρίς να δώσεις τα στοιχεία σύνδεσής σου.

  • Ποια παιχνίδια καλύπτονται από τις αγγελίες Twitch Drops;

    Οι αγγελίες καλύπτουν τίτλους όπως Rust, Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, Delta Force, Escape from Tarkov, Apex Legends, Sea of Thieves, Albion Online, Rocket League, Warframe, The Finals, ARC Raiders και άλλους. Κάθε προσφορά δηλώνει το ακριβές παιχνίδι και το reward, ώστε να επιβεβαιώσεις ποιο drop αγοράζεις και πού θα ισχύει πριν φτάσεις στην ολοκλήρωση αγοράς.

  • Πώς παραδίδεται ένα Twitch Drop;

    Η παράδοση συντονίζεται μέσω του πωλητή στον λογαριασμό παιχνιδιού που ορίζεις. Ακολουθείς τις οδηγίες που εμφανίζονται στον πίνακα παραγγελίας σου και λαμβάνεις την ανταμοιβή χωρίς να δώσεις σε κανέναν τον κωδικό σου. Το drop συνδέεται με τον λογαριασμό που επέλεξες χρησιμοποιώντας τα στοιχεία που ζητά η αγγελία, ώστε η ανταμοιβή να φτάσει εκεί που θέλεις, ενώ το login σου παραμένει ιδιωτικό.

  • Πόσο διαρκεί συνήθως η παράδοση;

    Κάθε αγγελία δείχνει τον χρόνο παράδοσής της πριν από την ολοκλήρωση αγοράς, αφού εξαρτάται από την καμπάνια και τον πωλητή. Πολλά drops φτάνουν γρήγορα, ενώ άλλα ολοκληρώνονται μέσα σε λίγες ώρες. Παράγοντες όπως ο τρόπος επεξεργασίας της ανταμοιβής και η διαθεσιμότητα του πωλητή μπορεί να επηρεάσουν τον χρόνο, οπότε η εκτίμηση που αναγράφεται στην αγγελία σου δίνει μια ρεαλιστική εικόνα πριν αγοράσεις.

  • Μπορώ ακόμα να πάρω drop από καμπάνια που έχει λήξει;

    Ναι. Οι πωλητές καταχωρίζουν ανταμοιβές από κλειστές καμπάνιες που δεν μπορούν πια να κερδηθούν με παρακολούθηση. Η αγγελία δηλώνει την καμπάνια και την ανταμοιβή, ώστε να ξέρεις τι αγοράζεις πριν από την ολοκλήρωση αγοράς. Έτσι μπορείς να πάρεις ένα drop που έχασες στο live event, με την προσφορά να ξεκαθαρίζει το ακριβές αντικείμενο και την προέλευσή του πριν δεσμευτείς.

  • Τι γίνεται αν κάτι πάει στραβά κατά την παράδοση;

    Αν μια παραγγελία δεν φτάσει όπως περιγράφηκε, άνοιξε αυτόματη διένεξη από τον πίνακα της παραγγελίας σου. Η υπόθεση εξετάζεται και επιλύεται δίκαια, και η προστασία αγοραστή σου παραμένει ενεργή μέχρι να κλείσει το θέμα. Μια σύντομη σημείωση για το τι πήγε στραβά, μαζί με τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας, βοηθά την εξέταση να κατανοήσει γρήγορα την κατάσταση και να καταλήξει σε σαφές αποτέλεσμα.
