FAQs about EA SPORTS FC Points top-ups
Answers about FC Points sizes, platforms, redeem codes and escrow on EB24.
How do I buy FC Points on EB24?
Open the EA SPORTS FC top-up page, set your platform, choose login or redeem code and pick a pack. Pay at checkout and follow the steps on the order page. EB24 holds the payment until the order is delivered.
Which FC Points pack sizes can I buy?
On your account sellers list the store packs from 500 to 18,500 FC Points and larger stacked amounts up to 96,000. Codes, for Xbox and PlayStation, carry one store pack from 500 to 18,500.
Can I use FC Points on another platform?
No. FC Points stay on the platform they were added to, and redeem codes are locked to a platform and a region. Pick the platform you play on.
Are FC Points the same as coins?
No. FC Points are the premium currency bought with real money, while coins are earned and traded in game. Coins have their own section on EB24.
At what point does the seller receive the money?
The money stays with EB24 after you pay. When the seller sets the order to delivered, payout waits another 7 days, and in that period a dispute can be raised from the order page.
