How to Buy RuneScape 3 Items?

Rares, dyes and gear, delivered in game with escrow.

1

Step 1

Browse Your Item

Visit the RuneScape 3 items marketplace and filter the offers:

Each card names the item and its colour or variant.

2

Step 2

Choose a Seller

Choose the seller level you are comfortable with:

  • Normal Seller: 7-day warranty with standard escrow cover.
  • Top Seller: Good delivery history, with a 14-day warranty.
  • Mythic Seller: Vetted for reliability, also with 14 days.

Read the rating, past orders and feedback before you buy.

3

Step 3

Optional Warranty Upgrade

Some RS3 listings let you add more protection:

  • Lifetime Warranty for longer cover on larger orders
  • Added only when you choose it before payment
  • A sensible pick for partyhats and other rares

Any add-on is shown on the listing page next to the buy button.

4

Step 4

Secure Payment

More than 150 payment methods are supported, including Stripe, Skrill, Paysera and Coinbase.

Payment data is encrypted, and your money is held by EB24 rather than the seller.

5

Step 5

Delivery

When payment clears, the seller meets you in game:

  • Display Name: Share your display name in Order Chat.
  • Instant or Scheduled: The trade happens right away or within the 1h, 3h, 6h or 12h window you picked.
  • Trade Window: Check the item and colour on both trade screens before you accept.

Confirm the order once the item is in your inventory.

6

Step 6

Need Help?

Use Order Chat to agree a world and a meeting spot.

Still stuck? Live Chat Support and support tickets are available, just include your order number.

7

Step 7

Disputes

If your RS3 trade is not what you paid for:

  • 1. Tell the seller in Order Chat what is wrong.
  • 2. Open a Dispute from the order page within your warranty.
  • 3. EB24 Arbitration reviews the messages and delivery record.

Funds are only released once the case is closed.

8

Step 8

Compare Before You Confirm

Rares are priced on colour while gear follows the Grand Exchange, so compare inside one item type.

Several cards side by side give a clear picture of the going price.
