As a Lol booster for eloboost24, I have a lot of experience with the game, and I’m excited to share my thoughts on these changes with you.

Riot Games recently made significant changes to League of Legends with the release of Patch 13.3. These changes include adjustments to champion abilities, item reworks, and gameplay balance. A blog post about these changes was written by me, Vysdow, one of the best boosters inside of EB24 company.

If you’re a League of Legends player, you’re probably aware of the recent changes that have been made to the game. These changes have had a significant impact on the gameplay experience, and in this article, we’ll take a closer look at them. As a booster for eloboost24, I have been keeping a close eye on these changes and their effects on the game. Join me as we explore the latest updates and how they have affected the world of League of Legends.

Let’s begin with champion changes, starting out with the STAR of our show, Aurelion Sol!

As we can see there are a lot of changes to Aurelion Sol, he now gathers so-called Stardust stacks, which are technically permanent scaling/upgrades for his abilities.

The rework is supposed to make Aurelion Sol more popular, fun, and easier to play. Although he will most likely rise in popularity, his kit will remain one of the hardest to master.

His Q is now his main damaging ability, it seems the scaling on it will be quite good, especially considering that at rank 9 its duration becomes PERMANENT.

Looking at his kit and especially his ultimate ability, he seems a bit overloaded, he might struggle against longer-range champions but overall it seems Aurelion Sol will finally be in a decent spot.

Amumu

Amumu received a small nerf, the 15 damage on his E might hurt his early jungle clear a bit, but overall he should remain strong nonetheless.

This change might hurt support Amumu more, as you’re not supposed to max E and the 15 damage in early trades might make the difference between killing and getting killed.

Annie

Annie gets quite a bit of change. Her passive being stacked after spawning might help her win fights in some scenarios.

Her new shield is what might make her strong as it also works on her abilities. This means you have a single ability deflect with a 40% ap ratio. It seems like quite a bit of damage, helping you in trades against mages.

Tibber's changes aren’t anything major. Just small stat buffs which are almost meaningless. Overall, Annie will still remain a champion who works in lower brackets due to her simple kit, but most likely won’t find a place in higher levels of play.

Jarvan IV

His shield finally gets some kind of scaling. However, even as an 80% bonus AD seems big in numbers, it’s really not. Overall, this is a small meaningless change.

K'Sante

Here we can see a lot of nerfs which will hurt K’Sante for sure, especially with the 20% resistances lost on his ultimate and CC duration.

He was a menace in the top-lane since his release, but this might finally drop his presence just a little bit!

Kassadin

The base damage and cooldown nerf on his Force Pulse might be a bit over the top. But, it's understandable considering his presence in the Master+ brackets.

A late-game scaling Mage should never have such a huge ban, pick, and win rate.

Pair those nerfs with the previous patch RoA/Seraph changes and it might just turn Kassawin into Kassalose.

Kayle

This is the prime example of meaningless changes, the small % buffs change absolutely nothing to how Kayle is played. If she gets past level 16 she wins most of the time. If she gets abused early she loses before she gets to scale the 5% ap ratio on her E changes.  It’s not enough to make a difference.

Kayn

Kayn is still a subpar 47% win rate champion, but those changes might make Shadow Assassin a little bit more useful.

LeBlanc

Small changes to Faker’s signature champion, LeBlanc.

The 10 seconds on her rank 1 ultimate might make her able to create more plays on the map, but overall it's just a small buff.

Lee'Sin

Some good number tweaks for Lee Sin. He’ll be even more deadly in the hands of a good player.

And judging by his higher ELO win rate, he needed the help!

Trundle

I think we can all agree that this is the most important change of the patch. Trundle’s dance moves will now be slicker than ever.

Zac

Small adjustments to the dominating blob might hurt his Demonic Embrace build path just a little bit if we combine that with the Radiant Virtue changes. However, I doubt that will be enough of a nerf considering his game presence.

There are also a bit of Melee Support adjustments. All of the following supports received small buffs to make the bot lane meta a little more diverse.

ITEM CHANGES

Radiant Virtue

Those changes are supposed to make Radiant Virtue feel better for tank purposes and not only for enchanting your team.

The longer cooldown, higher total cost, and removal of ability haste might make tanks more eager to buy this item. Champions like Karma get an indirect nerf from it which is a good thing.

Umbral Glaive

Overall, a nerf to the ranged users of this item, especially Graves, will suffer the most from it.

Umbral Glaive should most likely get a small rework anyway since the idea of the item is oppressive itself. If you get a lead, you just keep on clearing enemy vision and force them to play with a dark map all the time. The nerfs are good but champions like Pyke will still love to rush this item, nonetheless.

JUNGLE CHANGES

There are not many major changes. Overall, it will help farming junglers while punishing ones who prefer to spam ganks.

The Stealth Ward Trinket cooldown change will also help laners protect themselves against ganks more often, making it harder for junglers to avoid being spotted.

Spam-ganking junglers like Elise for example might get a bit of a nerf but it is nothing major.
