What a gift card listing contains

A gift card is a code that adds a fixed value to a store wallet. Sellers list the face value, the region it redeems in and how fast they deliver.

Store credit
The Amazon gift cards hub and the Apple gift cards hub group codes by value and region, so you compare like for like.
Console and gaming wallets
Steam gift cards load a Steam Wallet, Xbox gift cards add Microsoft account balance and PlayStation gift cards top up a PSN wallet; Razer Gold pays in many game stores.
Region first
A code redeems only in the region it was issued for. Check the region on the listing against your account before you pay.

Escrow until the code redeems

Payment is held until you confirm the code works. If it is rejected, open a dispute from the order chat and support reviews it with the seller.

Looking for a Steam account or Netflix? See the gaming platforms hub and the subscriptions hub. Games and their items are in the games directory.

Which region to pick for a gift card

A code adds value only in the store region it was issued for, so the region on the listing matters more than the price.

Wallet currency
Steam gift cards follow the currency of your Steam Wallet, and the LATAM and MENA USD regions cover accounts that moved to dollars.
Account country
Xbox gift cards and PlayStation gift cards redeem only on an account registered in the same country.
Global codes
A few listings, such as some Razer Gold PINs, are sold as Global. The listing note says which accounts they work with.

Questions

Gift cards, explained

What buyers ask before ordering a gift card code.

  • Will a gift card work in my country?

Only if its region matches your account. Every offer names the region the code redeems in, and stores such as Steam, Xbox, Amazon and Apple reject codes issued for another region. Check the region on the listing against the country of your account before you pay.

  • How is the gift card code delivered?

Through the order chat. The seller sends the code there, often within minutes, and your payment stays in escrow until you redeem it and confirm the order. The delivery time each seller commits to is shown on the offer before you buy.

  • What if the code does not redeem?

Do not confirm the order. Open a dispute from the order chat with a screenshot of the error message. Support reviews the case with the seller and refunds you to your EB24 balance or original payment method if the code was invalid or already used.

  • Where are Steam accounts and Netflix?

Steam, Xbox and Battle.net accounts have the gaming platforms hub, and Netflix, Spotify and Discord Nitro have the subscriptions hub. This page lists gift card codes only: Steam, Xbox, Amazon, PlayStation, Apple and Razer Gold, each with its own hub and live counts.

  • Can I pay for a gift card with my EB24 balance?

Yes. Gift card offers check out like any other marketplace order, so you can pay with your EB24 balance, a card or the other methods shown at checkout. The amount is held in escrow and released to the seller only after you confirm the code worked.

  • Can I sell my unused gift cards on EB24?

Yes. Create an item listing, pick the gift card, then state the value and the region it redeems in. Buyers pay into escrow and the money reaches your balance once they confirm the code. The seller fee is shown on the form before you publish the listing.
