Disputes

Escalate order issues through our dispute process.

Before opening a dispute

Try to resolve the issue directly with the seller or booster through the order chat first. Most problems, such as missing details or delayed delivery, are solved fastest this way.

Opening a dispute

If the problem persists, use the Report a Problem option on your order page. Select the specific reason for your dispute (incorrect login credentials, account not as described, and so on) and provide additional details. You can report as soon as you notice the problem; there is no waiting period. If the seller does not solve it, you can send the dispute to the EB24 team for review after 12 hours for incorrect login or email details and late delivery, or after 24 hours for other reasons. A late account order does not need a dispute: once the deadline passes, use Cancel and refund on the order page. If nobody acts, we cancel the order and refund you automatically after twice the delivery time.

What happens next

Our support team reviews the issue and contacts you with a proposed resolution. This may include a replacement account, credit on the website, or another solution tailored to the case. If no agreement is reached between you and the other party, EB24 steps in as an arbitrator to ensure a fair outcome.

Response times

EB24 steps in automatically when the seller does not reply to a dispute within 12 hours, and when a dispute is still not solved 24 hours after it was opened. If the seller replies but the issue is still not solved, you can escalate it yourself from your order page from 12 hours after opening for these reasons: incorrect login information, incorrect email information, delivery is taking longer than promised. For every other reason the automatic deadline applies.
