FAQs about Items
Which regions can I buy Blizzard Gift Cards for?
EB24 lists two regions: United States codes that add balance in USD and Europe codes that add balance in EUR. Choose the one that matches the currency already shown in your Battle.net wallet, since a code from the other region will not redeem on your account.
Can I use a United States Blizzard Gift Card on a European account?
No. Battle.net balance is region locked, so a USD code only works on an account from the Americas region and a EUR code only on a European account. Check your wallet currency in your Battle.net account settings before you order.
What can I buy with Battle.net balance?
The balance works in the Blizzard shop and in game stores tied to Battle.net, for example World of Warcraft game time, Diablo IV expansions and cosmetics, Overwatch 2 coins and Hearthstone card packs. Some third party titles sold on Battle.net accept it as well.
How do I redeem a Blizzard Gift Card code?
Sign in to your Battle.net account on the website or in the desktop app, open the option to redeem a code and paste the code from your EB24 order panel. The balance shows up in your wallet once Battle.net accepts it.
How long does delivery of a Blizzard Gift Card take?
Each seller states a delivery time on the listing before you check out. Many sellers with stock deliver within minutes, and the code always arrives in your order panel on EB24 rather than through a private message.
What should I do if my Battle.net code does not work?
Do not confirm the order. Open a dispute from the order page with a screenshot of the Battle.net error. The payment stays in escrow while support reviews the case with the seller, so a dead or wrong region code does not cost you the money.
How it works?
Getting Battle.net balance on EB24 means picking the US or Europe listing that fits your Blizzard account, paying at checkout and copying the code from your order panel.
Check Your Battle.net Wallet Currency Look at the balance on your Battle.net account. A wallet in USD needs a United States code, and a wallet in EUR needs a Europe code.
Pick a Listing and Pay on EB24 Filter Blizzard Gift Cards by region, compare the amounts sellers offer and complete the order through EB24 checkout so escrow covers it.
Copy the Code From Your Order When the seller marks the order delivered, the Blizzard Gift Card code appears in your order panel. Your Battle.net password is never part of the trade.
Redeem It on Battle.net Log in to your Battle.net account, open the redeem code option in your account or the desktop app and enter the code to add the balance.
Problem With the Code? Open a Dispute A code that Battle.net rejects or one issued for the other region is grounds for a dispute. Raise it from the order before you confirm, and the seller is not paid until it is settled.
