How Apex Legends top-ups are delivered
Apex Legends offers on EB24 use three delivery methods, depending on your platform. Each asks for something different after checkout:
- Login method - Available on every platform. You enter your login and password on the order page, and the seller signs in to buy Coins, Exotic Shards or a pass. Change your password once the order is confirmed.
- UID - PC only. You enter your EA player name or ID as the in-game account, and the seller loads Apex Coins to it without your password.
- Redeem Code - Xbox and PlayStation only. You provide nothing; the seller sends an Apex Coins code in the order chat and you redeem it on your console store.
Set your platform and method first on the Apex Legends top-up page, because the offer list follows both.
Escrow on Apex Coins orders
Money paid for Apex Coins is not forwarded to the seller at checkout. EB24 keeps it for as long as the order is open:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your Apex Coins order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the Apex Coins does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.
- Top-up disputes cover delivery taking longer than promised, plus an Other reason for any problem you describe yourself.
- Every order has its own chat. Codes, IDs and delivery questions sent there stay attached to the order.

Buyer tips for Apex Legends top-ups
Picking the wrong platform or player name is what trips up Apex Coins orders. Avoid it with these habits:
- Choose the platform you play on, since Coins bought for PC do not carry over to a console store balance.
- Copy your EA player name exactly, including capital letters, when you use the player ID method.
- Redeem a console code on the same regional store account that runs Apex Legends.
- Use the EB24 order chat for every message, so the record is complete if a dispute is needed.

FAQs about Apex Coins top-ups
Answers about Apex Coins packs, platforms, Exotic Shards, redeem codes and escrow on EB24.
How do I buy Apex Coins on EB24?
Open the Apex Legends top-up page, select your platform and a delivery method, then choose a Coin pack, Exotic Shards or a pass. Compare sellers by price and stock and pay at checkout. Enter the details your method needs on the order page, and EB24 holds the payment while the seller delivers.
Which Apex Coins packs are available?
Sellers can list 1,000, 2,150, 4,350, 6,700, 11,500, 23,000, 34,500 and 46,000 Apex Coins. The login method also carries Exotic Shards 10, 50 and 110, Battle Pass Ultimate and Battle Pass Ultimate+. Player ID and redeem code offers carry Coin amounts only.
Does my platform matter?
Yes. On PC you can choose login or player ID delivery. On Xbox and PlayStation the options are login or a redeem code for your console store. Coins bought on one platform stay there, so select the platform where you actually play before picking a pack.
How does a console redeem code order work?
You do not enter any account details. After checkout the seller sends an Apex Coins code through the order chat, and you redeem it yourself on your Xbox or PlayStation store account. Redeem it on the same regional account that runs Apex Legends so the Coins appear in game.
Can I buy Exotic Shards here?
Yes, in packs of 10, 50 and 110. They are sold through the login method, where the seller signs in and makes the purchase on your account. You enter your login and password on the order page, then change your password once the Shards show up and you confirm the order.
When is the seller paid for my Apex order?
Your money is held by EB24 from checkout. After the seller marks the order delivered, a 7-day hold passes before the funds reach the seller wallet. If Coins, Shards or a code are missing, you can open a dispute from the order page during that hold.
What if my Apex Coins never arrive?
Open a dispute from the order page and select delivery taking longer than promised, or other if the problem is different. EB24 support reviews the order chat, the code or player ID and the rest of the order. Your payment stays held while the dispute is open.
