How Fortnite top-ups are delivered
Fortnite offers on EB24 use three delivery methods. Each needs different input from you after checkout:
- Login method - You enter your Epic Games login and password on the order page. The seller signs in and buys V-Bucks or Crew on your account. Change your password once you confirm the order.
- Redeem Code - You provide nothing. The seller sends a V-Bucks or Crew code in the order chat, and you redeem it on your Epic account.
- Donation - You enter the Epic display name that should receive the gift. The seller sends the V-Bucks or Crew as a gift to that player.

Escrow on V-Bucks orders
Money you pay for V-Bucks is not handed to the seller at checkout. EB24 holds it for as long as the order is open:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your V-Bucks order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the V-Bucks does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.
- Top-up disputes cover delivery taking longer than promised, plus an Other reason for any problem you describe yourself.
- Every order has its own chat. Codes, IDs and delivery questions sent there stay attached to the order.

Buyer tips for Fortnite top-ups
Trouble with V-Bucks orders usually comes from a misspelled display name or a code redeemed on the wrong account. Avoid it this way:
- For gift orders, copy your Epic display name exactly as it appears in the Fortnite lobby.
- Epic may ask for gift settings or two-factor sign-in to be turned on before a gift can arrive, so check them first.
- Redeem a code while signed in to the Epic account you play with, since V-Bucks cannot be moved afterwards.
- Keep every message with the seller in the EB24 order chat so a dispute has the full record.

How do I redeem a V-Bucks code?
The seller posts the code in your order chat after checkout. Sign in to the Epic account you play Fortnite on and redeem the code through Epic Games. V-Bucks stay on the account where the code is redeemed, so double check you are signed in to the right one.
When does the seller get paid?
EB24 holds your money from checkout. When the seller marks the order delivered, a 7-day hold runs before the funds reach the seller wallet. If the V-Bucks, gift or Crew do not arrive, you can open a dispute from the order page within that window.
What if my V-Bucks never arrive?
