How do I buy Oneiric Shards on EB24?

Open the Honkai: Star Rail top-up page, choose login or UID, and pick a Shard pack or named package. Compare sellers by price and stock and pay at checkout. Afterwards you enter your UID or login on the order page, and EB24 holds your payment until the seller marks the order delivered.

Which Oneiric Shard packs are listed?

Sellers can offer 60, 330, 1,090, 2,240, 3,880, 8,080, 16,160, 24,240 and 32,320 Oneiric Shards. The login method adds the All-In-One Bundle, Express Supply Pass, Nameless Glory and Nameless Medal. The UID method adds the All-In-One Bundle and Express Supply Pass only.

Can I top up with my UID only?

Yes. Pick the UID method and enter your Honkai: Star Rail UID in the in-game account field after paying. The seller delivers without needing a password. Double check the digits against the in-game phone menu, because a Shard top-up sent to the wrong UID is hard to recover.

Why is Nameless Honor only sold by login?

The Nameless Glory and Nameless Medal tiers are bought from inside the game on your account, so the seller has to sign in. You enter your login and password on the private order page. When the battle pass shows as active, confirm the order and change your password.

What does the Express Supply Pass give?

The Express Supply Pass is a subscription style package that gives out Stellar Jade each day you log in while it runs. It is sold here under both the login and UID methods. If you already own one, check how many days are left before ordering another.

When does the seller get paid?

EB24 holds your payment from the moment you check out. Once the seller marks the order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the money reaches the seller wallet. If your Shards or pass are missing, open a dispute from the order page within that time.

What if my Oneiric Shards do not show up?

Open a dispute on your order page and choose delivery taking longer than promised or other. EB24 support reviews the order chat and the UID or login on file. The payment stays held for as long as the dispute remains open.

How Honkai: Star Rail top-ups are delivered

Honkai: Star Rail offers on EB24 use two delivery methods, each asking for different details after checkout:

Login method - You enter your HoYoverse login and password on the order page. The seller signs in and buys Shards, a pass or the battle pass on your account. Change your password after you confirm the order.
UID - You enter your Honkai: Star Rail UID as the in-game account. The seller tops up Shards, the Express Supply Pass or the All-In-One Bundle to that UID without your password.

Choose the method before the pack on the Honkai: Star Rail top-up page, as the battle pass tiers only appear under login.

Escrow on Honkai: Star Rail orders

The payment for your Oneiric Shards is not passed to the seller at checkout. EB24 holds it while the order is in progress:
