How League of Legends top-ups are delivered
League of Legends offers on EB24 use three delivery methods. Each one asks for different details after checkout:
- Login method - You enter your Riot login and password on the order page. The seller signs in and buys the RP on your account. Change your password once you confirm the order.
- UID - You enter your Riot ID in the in-game account field, and the seller sends RP to that summoner without your password.
- Redeem Code - You provide nothing. The seller posts an RP prepaid code in the order chat, and you redeem it in the League client store.

Escrow on Riot Points orders
What you pay for RP does not reach the seller at checkout. EB24 holds it while your order is in progress:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your RP order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the RP does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.
- Top-up disputes cover delivery taking longer than promised, plus an Other reason for any problem you describe yourself.
- Every order has its own chat. Codes, IDs and delivery questions sent there stay attached to the order.

A wrong Riot ID or a code from another region causes the usual RP order trouble. These habits keep it away:
- Copy your Riot ID with its tagline, the part after the #, from your client profile.
- RP is tied to your account region, so redeem a prepaid code on the region where you play.
- For login orders, keep your email or authenticator nearby in case Riot asks to verify the sign-in.

How do I buy Riot Points on EB24?

Do I have to share my password?
No, only with the login method. With Riot ID delivery you enter your Riot ID and the seller sends RP to that account. With a redeem code you share nothing at all and redeem the code yourself in the League client. Change your password after a login order is confirmed.
How do I use an RP prepaid code?
After checkout the seller posts the code in the order chat. Open the League client, go to the store, choose the option to redeem a prepaid card and enter the code. RP is tied to your account region, so make sure the code matches the region your account plays on.
Will RP arrive on my current summoner?
Yes. Every method adds RP to the account you name or sign in to, so your champions, skins, rank and match history stay as they are. If you want a different profile instead, EB24 also lists League of Legends accounts from independent sellers.
When does the seller receive my money?
Your payment is held by EB24 from checkout. Once the seller marks the order delivered, a 7-day hold runs before the funds reach the seller wallet. If the RP is missing or the code does not redeem, open a dispute from the order page within that time.
What if my RP does not show up?
Open a dispute from your order page and choose delivery taking longer than promised, or other for a different problem. EB24 support checks the order chat, the Riot ID or code and the order details. Your payment stays held for the whole time the dispute is open.
