How PUBG Mobile top-ups are delivered
PUBG Mobile offers on EB24 use four delivery methods. Each one asks you for different details after checkout:
- Login method - You enter your login and password on the order page after paying. The seller signs in and buys the UC or pass on your account. Change your password once the order is confirmed.
- UID - You enter your PUBG Mobile Character ID. The seller loads UC, a pass or a Popularity vehicle to that ID without needing your password.
- Redeem Code - You provide nothing. The seller sends a UC redeem code in the order chat and you apply it on the official redemption page yourself.
- Donation - You enter the player name that should receive the gift. The seller sends the Helicopter or Private Plane Popularity gift to that player.

Escrow on PUBG Mobile UC orders
Your payment for a UC pack does not go to the seller at checkout. It stays with EB24 while the order is open:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your UC order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.
- If the UC does not arrive or delivery runs late, open a dispute from your order page. The payment stays held while the dispute is open.

Can I top up PUBG Mobile UC with only my Character ID?

Why does the login method ask for my password?

What are the Helicopter and Private Plane packages?
They are Popularity gifts. The Helicopter package carries 125k Popularity and the Private Plane package 300k Popularity. They are delivered to a Character ID or as a donation to the player name you enter, and they are not available through the login or redeem code methods.
