What buyers ask before ordering software.
Do I get a key or an account?
Either, depending on the listing. Antivirus, creative and office suites and PC tools are sold as keys only; VPN, ExitLag, NoPing, Voicemod PRO and CapCut Pro listings can also be ready accounts. The offer type on each listing says which one you get.
Will the key work in my country?
Only if the region on the offer matches where you activate it. Some keys are global, others work in one region only. Check the region on the listing before you pay, and ask the seller in chat if anything is unclear.
How is the key delivered?
Through the order chat. The seller sends the key and the activation steps. Payment stays in escrow until you have redeemed the key and confirmed the order, so the seller is paid only for a key that works.
What if the key does not activate?
Open a dispute from the order chat with a screenshot of the error. Support reviews it with the seller and can replace the key or refund the order, depending on the case.
