Step 1

Verify Your Payout Details

Sort the payout side out before your first HugoSMP listing goes up.

Open Verification: the tab sits in your dashboard
Enter Beneficiary Info: personal and payout details, spelled as they appear on the account
Match the Names: a mismatch is what holds up a withdrawal later

Withdrawals stay blocked until this step is finished.

Step 2

Publish a HugoSMP Listing

One item type per listing is what keeps the catalogue readable.

Select Game: choose HugoSMP
Choose Item Type: Elytra, Spawners, Farms, Bases, Stashes, Netherite Gear, Stars, Services, Other
Describe It Properly: title, description and the exact quantity. A farm or a stash needs its contents itemised
Upload Screenshots: proof of the structure or the stock you are selling
Set Delivery Time: Instant / 20 min / 30 min / 1 hour / 12 hours / 1 day / 3 days
Delivery Instructions: the meeting point and the handover method, visible to the buyer after purchase
Bulk Mode: use it when you hold several identical units, such as spawners
Agree and Submit: accept the Terms of Service and Seller Agreement

Listings are reviewed within 1-48 hours.

Step 3

Work Toward Top Seller

Placement follows a record, not a claim.

The Top Seller badge appears on your profile once you qualify.

Step 4

EB24 Reviews the Listing

Every offer is read by a person before it is published.

Verification: the item details and the screenshots are checked against each other
Approval or Changes: you are notified if something needs rewriting
Review Time: normally inside 1-48 hours

Step 5

Deliver on the Server

Once somebody buys your HugoSMP listing:

Agree the Meeting: confirm the in-game name, the spot and the timing in Order Chat
Hand It Over: use the method your listing stated, whether that is a trade, a drop or coordinates for a structure
Follow the Order Page: complete the delivery the way the order describes it
Dispute Handling:
- A dispute opens automatically when raised
- Both sides put their evidence in first, inside the dispute window
- Only if no agreement is reached does EB24 review the case and settle it

A clean handover and a clear chat thread are what lift your rating.

Step 6

Take the Payout

The payout is prepared once the order closes.

Earnings show in the Seller Dashboard once they are finalised.
