We know that many of you have a lot of questions related to Elo Boost, Coaching, and the life of a Booster. Eloboost24 prepared a serial of questions to help you understand the main questions we’ve been having during all the years we’ve been working on this world.
- Booster Characteristics
- Being a booster
What is ELO Boost?
Elo Boost is a service where you can get to a desired rank or tier with the help of a professional and skilled Elo Booster. You can get your Elo boost service by giving your account info to a booster or by going duo with him! This service can be done to multiple games using multiple types of Elo Boost services.
The necessity to have Elo Boost comes from the fact that a player may have friends or know people that are higher rank and can’t get to those ranks due to lack of time or simply lask of knowledge about the game.
This is why Elo Boost exists, to help those who are struggling in the ladder, to climb and leave the usual Elo Hell with the help of those who are very skilled and professional in the game.
Is Boosting legal?
Even though many consider boosting illegal, only on the Korean Server this sentence becomes true. Boosting is against Riot Games terms of service since it takes the fun out of the games for those who play competitively on their main accounts.
Riot considers boosting as a way to break the ranked system and the overall hidden MMR system behind it. Why? Let’s keep in mind that Elo Boosting is a service that gets you on a higher rank on the ladder, not only in ranked but also in normal since the MMR of normal games are also correlated with your ranked MMR somehow.
Many say that even if you buy Elo Boost, you’ll end up on the rank you came from, right? This isn’t completely wrong; you might demote if the skill cap on the rank you desired was too high for you as a player but the MMR might still be higher than the one you had initially before buying elo boost.
Is Boosting bad?
As answered above, Elo Boost isn’t illegal but breaks some rules and fundamentals to Riot but is it bad?
So, let’s imagine that you’re Gold IV now and you buy boosting to be Platinum II or I, or even Diamond IV. You might demote a few divisions, but you’ll probably still have a better MMR being on Platinum III or IV than when you were Gold IV. This hidden MMR will also pass to your normal games. So, you’ll probably play with players on the same skill level as you.
The fact that all of this happens might create a sense of unfairness. For sure you have encountered AFK’s and tilted players before, right? It doesn’t come to this point for no reason, if you’re are feeling comfortable on your skill level and on the rank, you are, it’s less likely that you will rage or AFK since you’ll be playing well.
But what about those who are actually better players but don’t have time or simply don’ want to put the effort to climb? Is Elo boosting a bad thing? Probably not because you’ll enjoy WAY MORE since you’ll be on a better rank for your skill capacity.
Can I get banned for Elo Boosting?
Well, according to Riot, you can be banned for Elo Boosting. You will usually see a massive ban wave near the end of every season, this is their way to punish those who have tried to climb the ladder by buying Elo boost.
The way that they make these massive ban waves is because of a new AI that helps them find accounts that climbed too fast according to their algorithms.
The thing with these bans is the fact that they are too obvious, in fact, the actual ban rate for boosting is less than 0.2%. But since they do these types of events and ban a lot of people at once it makes it look like it’s a big thing and that Riot is ending with Boosting, which isn’t the case.
There is always a sense of uncertainty from those who have old League accounts and have invested a lot of money in skins and cosmetics overall. Of course, it doesn’t feel good when you get your account banned after spending so many years "building” it and getting all your favorite skins and champions.
The odds of getting your account banned are always low, especially with Eloboost24 since we even use VPN for your account security. This way, Riot’s algorithm can’t detect for such if it is you or not since it’ll be in the same country. And let’s not forget that on Duo Boost you play on your own account so that doesn’t even violate anything since you can play with a booster and it can simply be a friend in the eyes of the algorithm.
How to avoid getting my account banned by ELO boost?
The way to avoid it is quite simple. The first step is being very careful to who and where you say that you’re being Elo Boosted, the best is to avoid saying it at least on League’s client.
Another step might be to take the Duo Boost path, you’ll be safer since you’ll play on your account but even if you don’t have time to play and prefer to get a skilled and professional Elo Booster on your account, you should specify the order and select the same roles you play, the same champions and even the same flash position. This will make it irreconcilable for Riot’s algorithms to detect since the VPN will also be in the same country you play.
If you don’t play many ranked games per day, you can also ask the Elo Booster to play only a few games per day so it doesn’t look like a totally different person that is playing 10 or more games per day when you would usually play like 3-5 for months/years. This type of event may trigger the system to check your account activity for the next months and we always want to avoid any type of restriction or ban.
Can I earn money by playing League?
Yes, you do if you’re good enough for it. Let me explain: To gain money by playing League, you would have to qualify yourself as a „Booster” which is the player who ranks the accounts of others in exchange for money. But not everyone can be a Booster. Boosters need to be highly skilled at the game and play at the highest end. Usually, the majority of the Boosting Websites are looking for players that are AT LEAST Diamond 1 on League.
Becoming Diamond 1 on League isn’t for everyone, that is why exists Boosters and those who buy boost. There is nothing wrong with purchasing boost as clarified above, that is not the point. The point is that only those high enough can carry games more consistently and get the highest results in the long run. This is why almost all Boosting websites ask for high Elo players, especially due to the fact that by paying for boosting, which is a service like any other, the booster and the company that hired the Booster need to provide the expected results.
If a company hires someone lower, the chances of the player failing or providing worse results and performance rise exponentially. This is a risk that companies can’t take nor those who buy boosting, this is the reason why only high Elo players can become Boosters and by that extend, get money by playing League.
How to earn money playing League?
If you are good enough and a high Elo player, the way to get money to play League is easy. What you should do is very simple: you apply to all the boosting websites that have spots open for new boosters. Keep in mind that you might not get called by some websites depending on their requirements and selections after you send your application.
You should try to know the prices of the website and seek information about how the payment is done to the boosters, which payment methods each website uses to pay its boosters, and how well known is the website. You will not get as much money from a website that doesn’t have much recognition as you would from a popular one. You need to try to gather as much information as possible and try to apply to as many as you can to expand your chances of landing for a job as a booster!
Some websites are more restrict and have more rules than others and, in any case, you should always follow their rules and provide the expected results that are asked. Don’t forget that most websites don’t tolerate flame nor misbehaviour from your side as a Booster. If that happens, you will most likely be removed from the boosting team and hardly you’ll be accepted into the same website ever again.
Can I be Boosted for free?
The odds of getting a boost for free now are very low since the industry has grown very much for the last few years. Even though, you can still grab some deals on forums like elite pvpers where Boosting websites offer some type of free game to new customers or even from independent players that need help branding themselves out there.
The best chance of getting a free boost is from a promotion made by Boosting websites or if you have a high Elo friend that is willing to help you climb for free. There are multiple ways to get a cheaper price though, the market for Boosting is very big which means that there are a variety of prices out there that you can explore and check by yourself. Perhaps, ask your friends that are also looking out for a small help from skilled players, look up on forums, or on review pages like Trustpilot or Google reviews!
The internet is full of information and data/reviews from other players that can help you check the best prices or even get a free boost if you meet the requirements for it! Start looking for all the deals, you’ll save way more money with it than by randomly buying from unknown websites.
Is Boosting expensive?
Even with the Boosting services being on high demand among the League community, we can also see the prices being lowered since there are more Boosting websites competing with each other causing a drop in price!
At the beginning of the Boosting industry, prices were considered high since not everyone would be able to provide the asked service. In today’s day and age, we can see that prices are at a medium price and even when some websites have higher prices, usually they do multiple promotions and offers to reward those who buy from them and compete with all the Boosting websites.
Elo Boosting prices are currently at a point where they most likely will not drop much further but surely won’t increase either as there is a lot of demand but also a lot of offers from all the boosting websites that are out there. The prices can only be considered high for the high Elo orders because, as it was in the boosting early days, not everyone can do it so it means that prices will be higher and reward more those who are skilled enough to provide the expected and asked service. Beyond that, prices are very average and considered low and cheap nowadays so you can grab your Elo boost basically anywhere!
How to buy Elo Boosting?
You can buy Elo Boost through multiple ways as stated on the above questions. The most recommended one is through a professional and recognized boosting website.
Reputable boosting websites are the best source to get your service done fast and with the best performance! Finding these websites isn’t hard. (Eloboost24 is one of them by the way!) You can look them up through reviews or on forums where people talk about their boosting services.
We always recommend the ones that have the highest rating on reviews and best performance reviews on multiple platforms. Even if those websites have higher prices, the change of getting the best service is guaranteed and you know you’ll not be disappointed while paying for cheaper boosting services on a random boosting website may lead to a poor service plus some complications in case you want to get a refund or any type of compensation for the service itself.
How to pay for Boosting?
Since Elo Boosting is a virtual service, websites don’t accept real money like coins or notes, of course. They may accept virtual coins like Bitcoin or similar. The standard payments to pay for Elo boost are basically the same as for any online service or product you may want to purchase on any other website that you come around with.
Some offer more specific payment methods for your country, others don’t. It all depends on the website you’re buying since some websites don’t ship to your country or don’t offer payment methods that you may be willing to use.
As said above, Elo boost is a virtual service so the odds of a website having the payment method you desire are very big. Elo boost websites will try to get as many payment methods available for as many countries as possible, so all customers are welcomed!
Which payment methods can I use to buy Boosting?
You can pay for Elo Boost through multiple ways, from credit card to bank transfer or even PayPal. Each website will offer you the multiple options they have available, according to your country, and you’ll be able to select the best one for you.
Even though there are not many payment methods that one person can use, nowadays, most websites try to reach all the available methods so any customer can get their Elo boosting service using their best payment method!
Most websites will support; Credit cards, instant bank transfers, PaySafeCard and some also offer payment with PayPal. The typical payments for the average person!
Is Duo Boosting safe?
All Boosting services are safe (if you look up to what each website offers to protect your account on all cases), but yes. Duo Boosting services are safer just because you play on your account and simply go duo with a professional player.
Some argue that it doesn’t matter and that all services are safe (which we agree) if all the steps are done to guarantee your account’s security. Others agree that Duo Boosting is safer because of the reason we stated above.
Factually talking, Duo is safer indeed but the difference between the safety of each service is minimum so what we recommend to always have full safety is: verify the website’s security plans for your account on any service you’re planning about buying and once all the questions are replied, you should make your decision based on the safest!
Do boosters have schedules?
The way that boosters work on each website may vary but what we’ve seen from experience (from our own company and community) and research from other websites, boosters can choose when to work and when are they available to provide their services.
The reason why boosters have their schedules and no specific rule is restricting them about it is the fact that many boosters have a job or are studying still. Boosting websites don’t inflict a specific schedule since it may affect their real-life events.
Usually, boosters use their extra free time to provide Elo boosting services and try to a bit more into their pockets. Those who work as boosters as a full-time job are the most active and those who work the most on boosting and providing the best Elo boosting services and by consequence, they’ll earn more at the end of the month!
Is Boosting customizable?
Depending on which Elo Boost website you want to buy from. Each website has its own design and way to provide its services. Some offer full customization included on the price, others offer it as a paid feature.
It’ll all depend on what website you’re buying from but the big rule of thumb is that they all offer some kind of customization, maybe it won’t be the whole package as you wanted but for sure you will find a good deal within all these boosting websites.
We always recommend looking for websites that can offer the maximum customization possible on your boosting service if you don't want your friends to find it out or look suspicious in any way to them.
Can my booster play my champions?
Yes! If you buy an Elo Boosting service that is solo, you can select what champions do you want your booster to play on your account. Keep in mind that this feature may (or may not) be exclusive and so you’ll have for those specifications.
We know some websites offer this feature for free while you’re selecting your Elo Boost, others make it an option in case you don’t mind with it, and in case you do, you simply pay an extra fee to the full price of your Elo Boost service, very simple!
Even when being a paid option, you can still grab a promotion from these boosting websites and they’ll offer it as part of their promotion, it depends, you may want to loop it up and see if you grab anything within your taste.
How can I watch League of Legends live?
If you want to watch your Elo boosting service live, you can always use op.gg to do so or to spectate through another account (in case you have one!). If you simply want to watch League of Legend players live, we recommend using streaming platforms like Twitch or YouTube!
Both these platforms offer a bunch of live streams that you can watch and learn! Multiple times you can find a high skilled player streaming or an important tournament hosted by Riot!
Luckily, we have internet and so, there’s a bunch of streamers and players able to show you their games and skill while also being very friendly and funny! The only variable is you, which one do you want to watch?
How do I improve on League of Legends?
There are multiple ways to improve, there are tons of information about League and how to improve at it! But the best way by far is to actually have someone that is very skilled at the game to teach you!
The reasons why it’s better to be coached is simple: you get to know your own strong and weak points. This is something you wouldn’t know nor see if you were going to look up by yourself since, even if you found something useful, there may be something else that you’re not covering that may let you stuck in the future again!
Coaching is always useful since you always learn a lot about the game and not only about your main champions nor roles! We recommend coaching services for those who are looking to improve at League!
Can I get coached for League of Legends?
Yes, you do! There are multiple websites that offer coaching services (we are included!) where you can learn a lot and see a significant improvement in your games! The way to find those websites is the same as looking for Elo boosting services!
You may find it hard but if you look around on google or on Reddit, you’ll find a lot of websites that offer to coach. We recommend looking also for the website’s reviews, so you know if you’re paying for good quality coaching services.
Is Coaching expensive?
From our research, coaching prices, just like Elo boosting services prices, have been dropping over time and so now the prices are quite affordable and low!
Low prices help everyone since you may get 1h coaching for maybe 10 EUROS, a very useful hour for a very low price. And usually, the websites that offer coaching services, also have promotions related to coaching so you may try your luck and get a better discount or a free hour or a better deal!
The best thing to do is to look up everywhere and research all the prices and websites while also checking their reviews and services already provided, we guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you do these steps!
Can I buy Coaching for League?
Yes, you do! As replied above, there are multiple websites offering not only Elo boosting services but also coaching services! You need to make good research and see which prices are better for your budget!
Since prices are very similar to each website, you simply need to look up for the best deal for you and grab the best coaching website you can find and you’ll see a lot of improvement, we’ve tested.
And don’t worry, coaching is totally fine by Riot and League. We know some people think that boosting and coaching is bad because of Riot but we promise it isn’t so you can feel safe and look your improvement at League grow exponentially!
Being a booster
How to become a booster?
The way to be a booster is very simple. As stated in the steps above, you need to have the necessary skill and ability to apply yourself as a Booster. Each Boosting website has its requirements and you need to verify all of them before applying to anything. Only the best ones according to each website will be accepted so you need to make sure you know everything about the website and have all the components needed.
Assuming that you can be a Booster and have all that, it takes for it, you should apply to every website you can find and wait for anyone to contact you. There are plenty of websites and a large demand for League of Legends Boosters.
The rise on the League of Legends e-Sports scene created a huge demand for Boosting services and Boosters, this is why you’ll get a spot on one of the websites that are currently working on this field. We looked it up and dozens of websites are currently hiring and looking for more Boosters and high skilled players to join their Boosting teams in a way to improve their Elo Boosting services and grow as a community and company.
How do Boosters get paid?
Each Boosting website has its ways to pay their Boosters, it can be via Bank transfer or directly to your Skrill or PayPal, it varies from the websites.
Most websites give its Boosters the option to choose where they want to receive their payment for all the work that they have done. The most common we’ve seen is via Bank transfer, due to the fact that is more efficient and convenient to most people.
To get paid from your Boosting services, you’ll need to get informed by the website that hires you and they’ll for sure tell you all about it.
How much do I earn as a Booster?
Usually, Boosters are paid through how much they work. With this said, the sky is the limit and you are the one who will be determining how much you will earn as a Booster. There are multiple ways to maximize your income while being a Booster.
As it is determined through how many and which orders you complete, you can already make a small calculation or prediction of what you will earn according to your average rank boosting. The higher you boost, the higher you’ll earn as already stated. High Elo boosters, who provide boosting services in or above Diamond are the ones that earn the most since the prices are higher.
Even though the prices, there are multiple Boosters that even playing on lower Elo can also achieve the same income as High Elo Boosters due to their Boosting strategy. Usually, Boosters will play on a Solo Boost order while also Boosting a Duo boost customer, making double the money as they would if they would only play on a Solo Boost order.
What is the salary of a Booster?
As a Booster, you can earn a lot of money! Ranging from 700EUR to 1000EUR. For some, this range is a lot, and for others not so much. Boosting can be a regular job for some Booster players and others it’s like a very paying job.
The salary satisfaction as a Booster will depend on location of the Booster. For example, Boosters from countries that are less developed or have lower salaries on regular jobs may consider Boosting as a victory and an awesome job. Meanwhile, Boosters that live on a well-paying job country may not feel amazed by the range salary that Boosters can get on average.
It depends on the perspective but the salary you’ll earn as a Booster will only depend on you as explained on the question above! So, it’s up to you to evaluate if it is worth or not being a Booster. If it is, feel free to sign up with us, Eloboost24! We’re always looking for Boosters!
Is Boosting a job?
As explained in the questions above, Boosting is a job like any other! It does have some good things and bad things.
The pros are: You can work from home, You can work as much as you want and be paid for it, You can work within your schedules, You can treat boosting job as a temporary solution, e.g. summer work or part-time job.
The cons are: You need to be compliance with the company’s rules, If you’re from a well-paying country, the salary might not be satisfactory.
We had added the company’s rules as a bad thing since we know that some people don’t like following orders, not even on a regular job! But as we’ve said, working for a Boosting website is just like a regular job so you need to respect and obey the company's rules! Of course, the rules may be similar from company to company, but you’ll have to respect all of them otherwise, like a normal job, you might get fired.
Can I play in offline mode?
Yes, you can. Playing on offline mode won’t affect your gameplay by any means! The only difference it will make is that you won’t appear online to any of your friends and they won’t be able to message you nor see if you’re in-game.
This tool is very common on Elo Boosting since many customers don’t like being seen playing by their friends while in the middle of an Elo Boost service. For some Boosting websites, this feature may be paid, for others it may be free. It’ll depend on the website itself.
In case you want your Booster to play on offline mode, we recommend verifying if this feature is paid or not since you may have to pay extra for it. We believe that multiple websites have it as a free feature, but it is always better to ask if Boosters are even allowed to use the feature or not on your Elo boosting service.
How to be invisible to friends on League?
Yes, you do! To set your offline mode, it’s very simple. All you need to do is open your „Command Prompt” as an administrator. Then, you’ll have to copy and paste the following text:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="lolchat" dir=out remoteport=5223 protocol=TCP action=block
As the image shows, add the given text and press enter. Make sure that you are not logged on your League Client! This will work on ALL SERVERS, we’ve tested it.
In case you want to be back online to all your friends, the procedure is also very easy!
Simply close your League Client and open your „Command Prompt” as administrator again but now add this text:
netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name="lolchat"
Press enter and that’s it! This will get you back up online to all your friends without any issues.
How Elo Boosters win games
The way that Elo Boosters win their games is simple: Be Diamond 1 (minimum), Practise, Duo with another Booster, Play an OP role or with an OP champion.
To be a Booster you need to be a very skilled player and so that means you’ll win a lot of games in lower Elo. Being skilled and having an OP champion to play with, makes the job 1000x times better and easier for Elo Boosters to win and finish orders.
We know that it may not look that simple, but it is! Also, Boosters usually go duo with another Booster so they can stomp from 2 roles in the same game and snowball for an early win. It makes Boosting way faster and makes them earn way more per hour than if they went all alone.
What is the new meta on League?
There’s never „the new meta” on the league since the game is always being updated and patched every 2 weeks. There are always good meta on League and there are always OP champions/roles too!
The Meta on League switches very fast and so there is never a stable meta that is established in the game and that is what makes League so fun to play! Since it’s always changing, everyone can enjoy the ride!
Also, the Meta changes for each role so we can’t say that there is „the Meta” on League. But if we were to describe the Meta on League as a whole is: a lot of fighting early games, objectives like drakes, Herald and Turret Plating’s are very strong now and very precious to the development of your in-game experience!
Do patches affect Boosting?
Depends. As stated above, patches may change the meta, not only for the whole game but also specifically for a role. It will depend a lot on what will be patch do.
Patches may „shake” some OP champions abused by some Boosters, but they will adapt to the new changes from the patch and find another OP champion to abuse and win the games again. As patches can shake some champions, it can also bring some „dead” or weak champions from the ashes.
The question can go both ways. As for patches can affect a specific booster because his main champion got nerfed or the opposite, a booster’s main champion got buffed and now he wins even faster and more games!
If a champion gets nerfed, Boosters will adapt and find another way to win games using other champions. The same happens when a champion gets buffed, Boosters will simply abuse it!
I'm in Elo hell, how to improve?
Well, the first step is to acknowledge that we’re stuck and that it may (or may not) be our team’s fault! You should ask yourself a few important questions:
- Am I playing a meta champion?
- Do I have a good champion pool?
- Am I dying too much?
- Do I flame while playing?
- Am I taking breaks between games?
We know that you may find stupid, but you can only control yourself when playing so flaming is a NO-NO to climbing. It’ll only get you restricted and/or even banned if you’re extremely negative.
The way to improve is to look around you and see what YOU are doing wrong. Why are others climbing and you’re not? Are you perhaps playing a non-meta champion? Or perhaps you’re a One Trick Pony and the champion you main isn’t good with the League’s meta?
There are a lot of questions and ways to improve. First, look at your champion pool, see if that is what it is meta. Look what the Pro Players play and what has the highest win rate at the moment. If you aren’t playing any champion that is on the meta now, you have your first thing to improve.
If you’re playing meta champions but still managed to get stuck, perhaps you’re the one misplaying the role or the champion. For example, you can’t play a peel champion like Lulu or Janna and be on a front line on a fight, you’ll insta die and ultimately lose the game all alone because of it. You need to know your champion’s strong and weak points, how you should be positioning and what can the enemy team do to stop you from winning the game.
These are just a few things you can tickle that may help you improve but if you still see you can’t climb, we know that coaching is a very helpful way to climb since you’ll get a skilled player telling you what you should and shouldn’t do in-game. There’s no better wat to improve than to know EXACTLY what you’re doing wrong!
