How Much Is a Genshin Impact Account Worth?
Honest answer: Genshin accounts price on Limited 5★ count first, constellation depth on meta units second, signature 5★ weapons third. Adventure Rank, World Level and primogem balance are floor signals on top. Our calculator anchors every estimate on real EB24 Genshin Impact marketplace transactions, so the number you see is what comparable accounts actually traded at.
For a fast feel, a reroll account with 1–2 5★s lands in the low double figures. A mid-endgame account at AR 50 with multiple Limiteds clears $100–$200. Veteran AR 55+ accounts with 10–15 5★s, signature 5★ weapons and 36★ Spiral Abyss reach $200–$400 routinely.

The table below is a reference snapshot built from EB24 sales data. 5★ count, signature weapons and key constellations all add a meaningful per-unit bonus on top of every row.
| Rank | USD range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Reroll / starter (AR ≤ 30, 1–2 5★) | $15 – $40 | thin Limited 5★ pool, fresh accounts |
| Mid-game (AR 40–49, 4–6 5★) | $45 – $100 | World Level 6/7, casual roster |
| Endgame climb (AR 50–54, 6–10 5★) | $100 – $200 | World Level 7/8, multiple Limiteds |
| Veteran (AR 55–58, 10–15 5★) | $200 – $400 | Spiral Abyss-ready, signature 5★ weapons |
| Whale (AR 58–60, 15+ 5★, key constellations) | $400 – $900+ | C2+ meta units, 36★ Abyss |
Indicative ranges, in USD. The live calculator above pulls the latest 90 days of EB24 sales and recomputes daily. These table values are a static reference, not a price quote.
What Drives the Price of a Genshin Impact Account?
Not all attributes weigh the same when buyers price a Genshin account. We split them into three buckets so you can see at a glance which inputs to focus on if you want a tighter estimate, or a stronger listing.
Major factors (≈85% of the price)
- Limited 5★ character count, the dominant resale driver (≈45%)
- Constellations on key meta units (C2 Raiden, C1 Kazuha, C6 Hu Tao) (≈15%)
- Signature 5★ weapons matched to their owners (≈15%)
- Adventure Rank + World Level, the content gate (≈10%)
Minor factors (the last ≈15%)
- Standard 5★ count, fungible across accounts but still a floor signal
- Primogem / Genesis Crystal balance as stored-value floor
- Event-banner wish count, pity proxy
- Artifact pool depth for off-meta team building
- Spiral Abyss 36★ history, named in description
- Account age and welkin / battle-pass purchase history
- Beta-test Stella Fortuna and other limited rewards
How Genshin roster depth actually prices
Each character class scales differently in resale. The premium hierarchy is recent meta Limited 5★ > older Limited 5★ > Standard 5★ > 4★. Collector value sits almost entirely in the Limited 5★ tier and the constellations + weapons stacked on top.
Tier 1, recent meta Limited 5★s
Tier 2, older Limited 5★s
Tier 3, Standard 5★s
Tier 4, 4★ characters and weapons
What buyers do not pay for
Adding the items below to a listing rarely raises the final price and sometimes hurts it by making the description look padded.
- Subjective "good artifact rolls" claims that buyers cannot verify
- Promised future banner pulls or anniversary primogem grants
- "Lucky pulls" anecdotes that do not name characters / constellations
- Generic "high level account" descriptors that do not name 5★s
- Story / Archon-quest completion percentages (unlocked content is not a flex)
- Accounts on a HoYoverse account the seller cannot release
Genshin Impact Account Prices by Server & Adventure Rank
Server locks the buyer pool. Accounts cannot migrate across Europe / America / Asia, so each region prices on its own pool. Adventure Rank is the cleanest progression bucket because AR gates World Level, weekly boss difficulty and Spiral Abyss access. The calculator widens to adjacent ARs when comparables for your exact AR are thin, but always anchors to the tight bucket first.

Selling a Genshin Impact Account for Maximum Value
The biggest mistake we see on the EB24 Genshin Impact marketplace is sellers anchoring on what they personally spent on welkin / Genesis Crystal packs, not where comparable accounts clear. The tips below are what separates listings that sell within a week from listings that sit and end up discounted.
List inside the estimated range
Name your Limited 5★s and constellations explicitly
Time the sale around banner releases / version patches
Stick with EB24 escrow
Disclose any HoYoverse account complications
When NOT to sell
Once your listing is live, you can edit pricing as the market moves. The calculator updates at least daily, so re-checking your estimate every couple of weeks keeps you anchored to current EB24 demand. Ready to list? You can create a free seller account and put your Genshin listing live in under five minutes. See the seller rank tiers for how reputation compounds into higher conversion over time.
Buying Genshin Impact Accounts for Value
The same calculator that helps sellers price fair listings is the cleanest filter for buyers hunting under-priced accounts. The six rules below describe how experienced EB24 buyers turn the calculator from a number into a buying signal.
- Compare every listing against the calculator. If the asking price sits below our 25th percentile for the same server + AR, you are looking at a value buy. Especially when the listing names recent meta Limited 5★s with named constellations.
- Prefer accounts naming recent meta Limited 5★s by name (last two version patches). Limiteds from three patches ago sound impressive but rarely fit the current meta if no rerun is imminent.
- Confirm HoYoverse account handover with full email access before paying. Without it, the long-term value of the account is capped because HoYoverse can recall it.
- Prefer accounts where the seller has completed sales history on EB24. Established sellers price closer to fair market value, less negotiation drama.
- For Spiral Abyss-focused buyers, look for accounts naming current-cycle 36★ history. Those signal a roster fit for top Abyss without rebuilding artifacts from scratch.
- Genshin has no boost service on EB24, so accounts cannot be inflated post-purchase. The calculator output is therefore the final word, not a starting point. Buy on roster depth + constellations, not on potential.

Genshin Impact account value calculator FAQ
The questions Genshin Impact sellers and buyers ask us most often: why five-star character and weapon counts dominate price, how constellations and signature weapons compound value, when to time a sale around a banner, and what really drives the value of a Genshin Impact account on the EB24 marketplace.
How much is my Genshin Impact account worth?
A reroll / starter account with 1–2 5★s lands in the low double figures. A mid-game account (AR 40–49, 4–6 5★s) clears $45–$100. A veteran account (AR 55–58, 10–15 5★s, multiple Limiteds, signature 5★ weapons) routinely reaches $200–$400. Whale accounts with key constellations on meta units (C2 Raiden, C6 Hu Tao) and 36★ Spiral Abyss history clear $400–$900 and beyond. Pick your server + AR above and add your counts for what comparable Genshin accounts actually traded for on EB24.
Why is server / region a hard bucket?
Genshin Impact servers (Europe / America / Asia) are isolated — HoYoverse does not allow account migration across regions, so an Asia AR60 account cannot serve a buyer who plays on Europe. The calculator buckets each server independently and falls straight back to the model fallback when the cross-server bucket is thin. SAR (HoYoverse's traditional/simplified Chinese servers) is not a separately structured option in the EB24 listing schema — name it explicitly in the description if you list one.
Why are 5★ characters weighted so heavily?
Each Limited 5★ represents roughly $200–$400 worth of pulls statistically (90-pull soft pity at $1.25 per pull, 50/50 to lose to a Standard 5★, plus the guarantee on the next banner). They cannot be re-run on demand — once a banner ends, the next time that character returns may be 12 months later, and meta-defining units like Furina or Neuvillette command waiting-list demand. The calculator weights `five_star_characters` at ×0.80 — heaviest single multiplier in the Genshin config.
How do constellations affect price?
Constellations are extra duplicates of a 5★ character, each adding a passive or unlocking a stronger version of the kit. C2 Raiden Shogun is meta-defining (C2 is the talent ceiling for most teams). C6 Hu Tao or C6 Nahida are top-tier flexes worth multiples of the C0 character. The DTO does not expose per-character constellations as structured fields, so name your meta constellations explicitly in the description ("C2 Raiden, C1 Kazuha, C0 Hu Tao with Staff of Homa") so the AI refinement layer can score them.
Do 5★ weapons really matter?
Yes. Signature 5★ weapons matched to their owners (Staff of Homa for Hu Tao, Engulfing Lightning for Raiden, Mistsplitter for Ayaka) double or triple a character's effective ceiling and are a separate banner pull worth ~$200–$300 of guaranteed-pity equivalent. The DTO carries a generic `weapons` count, not a 5★-only breakdown, so name your 5★ signatures explicitly in the description.
How much does Spiral Abyss progress add?
Spiral Abyss 36★ (full-clear floor 12 every cycle) is endgame credibility — it signals a player who optimised builds and rotations, not just rolled lucky. The DTO does not expose Abyss progress as a structured field. Name your most recent 36★ cycle in the description; the AI refinement layer adds a small flat credit when present, but Abyss progress is more a credibility signal than a structured price driver.
How much do primogems and Genesis Crystals add?
Primogems are the premium currency floor: roughly $1 per 80 primogems at retail. Above 1600 (one soft-pity equivalent) we credit the full balance at $20/1600 with a +15% mid cap. Genesis Crystals (the paid premium currency that converts 1:1 into primogems) are not structurally separated in the listing DTO — name a sizeable Genesis Crystal balance in the description so the AI layer knows the buyer is not just inheriting fungible primogems.
Does World Level need its own bucket?
World Level (WL 0–9) auto-progresses with Adventure Rank: WL 7 unlocks at AR 45, WL 8 at AR 50, WL 9 at AR 55. Players can voluntarily lock WL one tier below cap (handy for easier domain runs) but most veteran accounts run at the cap. Because WL closely tracks AR, the calculator buckets on AR alone and lets the AI refinement layer pick up any "WL locked one below cap" detail from the description.
Is selling a Genshin Impact account allowed?
HoYoverse's Terms of Service technically forbid account transfers, in line with most online games. In practice, Genshin accounts change hands on EB24 every week without issue, especially when the buyer rebinds to their own HoYoverse / miHoYo account and changes the linked email on day one. The risk is non-zero and we tell you that openly. Use the calculator to set fair expectations, then read our Genshin seller guide for the steps that minimise risk on both sides.
When is the best time to sell a Genshin account?
Demand peaks at every major Limited 5★ banner release (especially anniversary patches and Archon-quest finales), and around new region releases (Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan launches each pulled massive fresh-buyer cohorts hunting AR-ready accounts). Listing in deep mid-patch usually means a longer wait or a smaller final price. Re-run the calculator the week before a known meta banner — accounts already holding the rerunning Limited 5★ typically pick up 15 to 25% during banner windows.
How fresh is the data behind the Genshin value estimate?
Estimates refresh at least every 24 hours and pull from sales and listings inside the last 90 days. During Limited banner releases and major version patches the snapshot keeps up: the moment new sales close, the next estimate reflects them. Each result shows the snapshot timestamp so you always know exactly how recent the data is.
How the Genshin Impact account value calculator works
Every estimate is built from real EB24 Genshin Impact marketplace transactions, not a generic formula or scraped competitor data. Here is the exact path your inputs take from the form to the value range you see: server, Adventure Rank and collection counts in, percentile of comparable EB24 sales out, with a confidence label and an audit trail of the listings behind the number.
Pick your server and Adventure Rank — Genshin Impact servers (Europe / America / Asia) are isolated. Accounts can never be migrated across regions, so each server prices on its own pool. Adventure Rank gates content (World Level auto-progresses with AR; AR 55+ is veteran territory) and the calculator buckets every estimate by exact AR within your server, widening to adjacent ranks when comparables are thin.
Enter your 5★ character count — 5★ characters are the dominant resale signal. And inside that, Limited 5★s (Hu Tao, Raiden, Kazuha, Nahida, Furina, Neuvillette and similar) are the king-makers because they cannot be re-run on demand. The structured `five_star_characters` count covers the heaviest weighting (×0.80 multiplier on the bucket-relative anchor); name your specific Limited 5★s in the description so the AI refinement layer can score the long tail.
Add roster breadth, weapons, artifacts and pity — Total characters owned and weapons unlocked sit on top as breadth signals. Artifact pool size matters at the margins. Depth here means viable substat rolls for off-meta team builds. Event-banner wish count is a useful pity proxy: high wish count means upcoming guaranteed Limited 5★. Primogem balance is the premium currency floor: above 1600 (one soft-pity worth) we credit the full balance at $20/1600 with a +15% mid cap.
We compare against real EB24 Genshin Impact sales — Every estimate is anchored to comparable Genshin accounts sold or actively listed on the EB24 marketplace in the last 90 days at the same server + AR (with adjacent ARs merged when the tight bucket is thin), then we take the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile of those prices. Your 5★ count, weapons, artifacts and primogem balance shift the range up or down within calibrated bounds.
Read the range, the confidence and the trail — You get a low, expected and high price plus a confidence label so you know how dense the data is. The 12 month price trend, currently active listings and recently sold accounts are surfaced side by side so the number is auditable, not magic. AR 60 whale accounts with C2+ meta constellations and signature 5★ weapons routinely land at low or medium confidence because supply at the absolute top is structurally tiny.
