A new patch means more information! Let's make our typical Patch Rundown and see what's new on this Patch 10.7!


Reworks:

Fiddlesticks, The Ancient Fear
We still need a couple of patches to figure out if fiddlesticks is good or not right now it’s too early to tell until players figure out how the champion functions, but from the kit and his gameplay trailer he seems strong with his silence and his perma vision he seems like a “trickster” champion he is very confusing to play against especially with his clones acting as wards and casting spells u can’t figure out which one is the real one.


Changes:
Akali – buffed
Perfect Execution (R):
Cooldown decreased to 100/80/60 from 120/90/60

Good quality of life buff maybe has a slight impact in soloq because you can kill people in lane faster but overall a mediocre buff that won’t make Akali come back in the meta.

Corki – buffed
Valkyrie (W):
Special Delivery – duration of slow and burn effects on enemies directly hit increased to 2 seconds from 1.5 seconds

Again more of a placebo buff because you only use your package a couple of times in the game.


Galio – changed
Hero’s Entrance (R):
New! This ability now grants Galio’s Shield of Durand (W) magic damage shield for 5 seconds to all allied champions nearby.

Very good versus heavy ap teams as a support or a mid laner quite a niche pick but if you’re against a heavy ap team this might help out a lot otherwise Galio isn’t a very good champ to pick randomly or blind pick.


Garen – changed
Perseverance (Passive):
Cooldown increased to 8 seconds from 7 seconds
Decisive Strike (Q):
Duration of movement speed changed to 1/1.65/2.3/2.95/3.6 seconds from 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds

Good quality of life changes especially because he doesn’t max q so the first level of q has more movement speed.


Ivern – buffed
Triggerseed (E):
Damage increased to 70/95/120/145/170 from 60/80/100/120/140
Daisy! (R):
Cooldown decreased to 140/130/120 from 160/140/120

Huge buffs for Ivern he’s quite an interesting and unique champion, these buffs are especially good because he maxes E first and the cooldown on his ultimate in early game helps him out as well vs aggressive junglers that want to invade, but the biggest buf is still the E 30 damage level 9 is pretty huge especially because he casts it so often on daisy or one of his teammates.


Kai’Sa – buffed
Supercharge (E):
Cooldown decreased to 16/15/14/13/12 from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14

Helps her out a little bit but I don’t think she’s very good in the meta she has a really hard time in lane versus the current Adc champions that are in the meta, for example, Aphelios and Mf, of course, she has a good matchup versus Ezreal but and if Aphelios and Mf are not open than she’s one of the better champions to pick especially if you have a heavy AD team comp she can build AP.


Nasus – changed
Wither (W):
New! For every 35 stacks of Siphoning Strike (Q), this ability’s cast range now increases by 10 (with a cap of 200 additional range).
Range increased to 700 from 600
Spirit Fire (E):
Enemy armor reduction increased to 25/30/35/40/45% from 15/20/25/30/25%

This helps Nasus out quite a bit especially the extra range on his W it is quite a good spell to really shut down people in the mid-game especially Adc’s but one of Nasuses biggest weakness is his lane phase and how hard he can be bullied by a bruiser or champions like Vayne in the early game but if he survives the lane phase he is pretty good.


Nocturne – nerfed

Stats:
HP regen decreased to 7 from 8.5
MR per level decreased to 0.75 from 1.25

With these nerfs they’re trying to hit solo lane especially mid lane Nocturne but he hasn’t been seen much these last few patches these nerfs won’t do anything to jungle Nocturne but they’ll make mid lane Nocturne weaker versus ap champions.


Riven – buffed

Stats:
Base HP increased to 560 from 558.48 Base HP regen increased to 8.5 from 7

More of a placebo buff Riven is already pretty good but very hard to pilot mechanically with all the Q cancels the HP regen helps her out a little bit of course.


Talon – nerfed
Rake (W):
W’s initial damage dealt decreased to [45/60/75/90/105 (+40% bAD)] from [50/65/80/95/110 (+40% bAD)]
W’s return damage dealt decreased to [45/65/85/105/125 (+70% bAD)] from [70/85/100/115/130 (+60% bAD)]

Talon's early game got completely gutted which was one of his strongest points in the game, of course, he’s still going to be obnoxious because of his roams in soloQ but he won’t be able to win lane as hard or at all anymore.

Wukong – nerfed

Stone Skin (Passive):
Armour decreased to 5-9 (according to level) from 5-11 (according to level)
Nimbus Strike (E):
Damage decreased to 80/110/140/170/200 from 80/120/160/200/240

They hit Wukong's tankiness and his damage on E which wasn’t really the issue he had his main damage comes from his Q and his clones auto-attacking and using spells and ultimate the deaths dance change also helped him out a lot in being tanky and also doing damage so he’s still going to be pretty good in this patch.

Xin Zhao – buffed
Determination (Passive):
Healing increased to 10-112 (according to level) from 10-78 (according to level).
Full values now increased as follows: 10/16/22/28/34/40/46/52/58/64/70/76/82/88/94/100/106/112
(Previous values: 10/14/18/22/26/30/34/38/42/46/50/54/58/62/66/70/74/78)

Helps him out mid to late game with healing but it’s not like Xin is a late-game champion he excels in the early game healing helps him out a bit in the mid-game but it really doesn’t matter in the late game.


Rune Changes:

Phase Rush (Sorcery keystone) – buffed

Effects:
Amount of extra movement speed given to melee Champs increased to 40-60% from 30-50%

A bit of love shown to melee champions that used to take nimbus cloak but don’t anymore it might help out melee champions that need it in some matchups for example Darius.


Conditioning (R3) – nerfed

Effects:
Duration of buff reset time increased to 12 minutes from 10 minutes

Champions that didn’t need bone plating or second wind will still take it doesn’t change might be a slight nerf for tanks in the lane phase.
