Warranties on marketplace purchases

Eloboost24 offers three types of warranties on marketplace purchases:

• Basic Warranty: covers purchases from Regular Sellers for 7 days.
• Extended Warranty: covers purchases from Top Sellers or Mythic Sellers for 14 days.
• Lifetime Warranty: optional paid warranty (20% charge) with indefinite coverage and no time limitations, available across all games.

Three common cases illustrate the scope:

1. Account ban. Basic and Extended Warranty: compensation includes website credit or a replacement account. Lifetime Warranty: purchases under 20 EUR are fully covered; orders over 20 EUR receive 60% of the order value as credit, and orders over 100 EUR receive 35%.
2. Account lock. We attempt to unlock the account with the seller's help. If unsuccessful, 60% of the order's face value is credited. Lifetime Warranty follows the same process with adjustments based on the account's value.
3. Account retrieval. If the original owner retrieves the account, we take legal steps for recovery. If retrieval fails, compensation varies; under the Lifetime Warranty you can claim credit or a similarly valued account.

Use the Report a Problem option on the order within the warranty window and describe the issue. After the warranty period ends, the list of available dispute reasons may be limited, so report issues promptly.
