How Overwatch top-ups are delivered
Overwatch offers use three delivery methods. Each needs different details after checkout:
- Login method - You enter your Battle.net or console login and password on the order page. The seller signs in and buys Coins or a bundle on your account. Change your password after confirming the order.
- UID - You enter your BattleTag in the in-game account field. The seller sends the Mythic Weapon Skin Bundle to that account without your password.
- Redeem Code - You provide no details. The seller delivers an Overwatch Coins code in the order and you redeem it on your own account.
Choose your platform and method on the Overwatch top-up page first, because the Coin packs and bundles change with them.
Escrow on Overwatch Coins orders
Your payment for Coins or a bundle is not sent to the seller at checkout. EB24 holds it while the order is open:
- You pay at checkout and EB24 holds the payment. The seller receives nothing at that point.
- When the seller marks your Overwatch Coins order delivered, a 7-day hold starts before the funds reach the seller wallet.

What if my Overwatch Coins do not arrive?
